Impressively fast delivery - you can order quite late-ish and get the stuff delivered the next day. Also, with my latest order I had a technical hitch involving me wanting to order 4 different color laser tone cartridges but it seemed I could only order one then go off the page to come back in four times. I sent an e-mail to say I had this problem and although I had managed to complete my order, I did get a speedy reply - within a hour or so I think, which would probably have helped me if I hadn't been my usual impatient self.

I have used this company since 2003. I work from home and need occasional office supplies. Euroffice have a huge range of stock and I have bought everything from my filing cabinets to my paper and pens from them at a fraction of the price I would have paid at high street retailers. The orders usually arrive the following day and only very occasionally take longer if something is out of stock. They are helpful and efficient.

most of my stationery orders have come from this online company who I have always found to be pretty reliable and quick to deliver my order. Their prices seem good too. I get confused by their bonus points system though - I never seem to accumulate enough to get anything worthwhile before I run out of time! But maybe that's because my orders are too small!

I use this firm for most of my office supplies and have found them very efficient. The goods arrive the next day which is great. I sometimes feel they e-mail me with offers too often though I have to confess it does prompt me to think about them so I suppose it's doing what's intended, but I can imagine a firm ordering more frequently than I do being irritated by this.I was annoyed earlier this year when they threatened to take away my accumulated bonus points because I hadn't used them for some time.
