These people have now gone out of business it seems - the website has disappeared and the phone number goes to a different business. Shame.

I use these people for the vast majority of my car hire requests and have never had any cause to comlain. If I ever need to speak to the staff they are very friendly and helpful. For example, just yesterday (friday) I needed to hire a car from Geneva airport for sunday (48 hours) It's very short notice and typically, for the first time I can remember, their website was playing up. So I needed to speak to Easy Autos to book a car. I spoke to Susie who was extremely helpful, took my order, said she would investigate the problem and would ring to confirm on saturday. Her colleague Amy did just that - she left a message on my answer machine to say everything had been done, the necessary voucher had been sent to my e-mail address and have a nice trip. It was all very efficiently done and all at the very last minute. And by the way, I invariably find them cheaper than anyone else
