Annexion, DOVER

Nick and his wife Carol specialise in helping individuals and businesses set up and maintain their computer systems and they have been helping my mother with her IT requirements for quite a few years now. Nick is extremely knowlegeable, though it is sometimes difficult to keep up with the speed of his explanation of a solution to a problem, (they are all alike these 'techie people'!) but he will always re-explain, without being in the slightest way patronising, until idiots like me 'get it'. I can't speak highly enough of the care, patience and attention that they have paid to my mother's requirements and their fees are very reasonable. A bonus is that they are very nice people. I would certainly get Annexion to help me when I need IT support and help on site, at home, but unfortunately I live too far away (100 miles plus). Maybe you are closer!
