I needed to get some supportive shoe insoles for everyday wear, as boots like UGGS do not supply sufficient support for most people's feet. I also wanted to help prevent my shin splints from reoccurring! So I found Dr Foot online and decided to buy from them.
Although basic, their website does offer all of the information you need allowing you to shop with ease knowing that you are purchasing the right insole for your needs - work wear, sport wear, overpronators, underpronators etc...
I would never have thought about getting insoles but according to their website its not just for shin splint suffers, "when your feet hurt or are not properly cushioned or supported,' your entire lower body can be negatively affected". I've learnt so much about my posture and walking gait over the last few months and everyone's stride is different, some people need support they aren't getting. This was information I wanted to share with my fellow HelpHounders!
