i have no complaints. large store with a lot of products. staff tend to be happy to help. products ar eof good quality at a resonable price.

Winchester has a pretty standard Homebase just over a mile out from the centre of town. Theres a good range of DIY items, and the floor layout is such that its easy to find what youre looking for.

If your a real DIY person like i am and like to do stuff yourself then this place is perfect for you as you can go in to the shop and act like you know what you are talking about as the staff really dont and arnt really going to prove you wrong. Mst of the staff are part time college students and dont really care about the job apart from the money, but you can still get anything you need to do up the house

Great place to go when there is a weekend of D.I.Y ahead. Huge range of products available, and a great colour match paint scheme, where you see a colour you like and bring it in for a member of staff to match it. Can get very busy on weekends but the staff have always been friendly enough when I've been there

Great place to go for household needs. Recently, me and my dad went there to buy some curtain rails. It's absolutely huge so has a very wide range of produce. The wallpaper here is very stylish. The only area I think they're lacking is curtains.

This shop stocks an enormous range of outdoor and indoor gear, from plants to kitchens. I've bought many a lovely lampshade in the amazing sales! This is the place to come for reasonably priced goods of any sort and useful, professional advice from the friendly staff.

From the extensive parking to the helpful and knowledgable staff and the great range of products, this branch really excels intself at providing all you could ever need in terms of home and garden-ware. The sales offer great discounts, I would really recommend checking out the wallpapers - pretty designs, low price.

Homebase is great if you want DIY tools and garden and home products and equipment and they do sell it at a pretty reasonable price. However it isn't set in the centre of Winchester and I only go if I really need something important.

I have nothing bad to say about homebase, it has a massive selection on garden and household appliances and accessories, the store is really well laid out and it is really easy to find everything that you need to and if you can't the staff are always friendly and willing to help you out.

Homebase offers a huge range of house and home appliances, gardenwear, furniture, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and focus on having fun with customers and improving their experience while shopping. There is a 2 min serving policy for both the paint mixing and the wood cutting, by which if you have not been seen within those 2 mins you receive a 10% discount on your purchase. A carry out service to your car is also offered on all heavy items, so you don't need to worry about how much you can manage yourself. Homebase is easy to get to by car, and has plenty of free parking, however is a nightmare to walk to from the town centre. The public bus in this direction is infrequent and often late, so do not rely on it.

A great selection of DIY tools and materials at reasonable prices. The store is large and well laid out so you wont have any problems navigating around it. The staff know their products well and are friendly and willing to help with any queries.

We often shop here. A great range of almost everything you need for DIY and small building work. The upper level houses independent businesses such as furniture suppliers and Moben kitchens. Garden plants behind, through the mowers, strimmers and tools etc. We bought a birdtable on a stand recently which was very simple to assemble and reasonably priced.

Homebase is a huge shop for home and garden stuff. Everything you could want you will find here when shopping in these two areas. The staff are friendly and will help you out if you can't find something, need advice, or even if you get lost!

As Homebase's go, the Winchester branch rates pretty high. The store has a nice layout, so whatever you are looking for is easy to find. And even if you can't, the staff are really friendly and will always point you in the right direction. It's quite far from the town but if you are going specifically to that shop, or have a lot of well-priced DIY stuff to buy, this is a really good place to go to!

it is a standard homebase it is very large selling most DIY things that you need at pretty good prices. they sell everything from kitchens to ponds. The staff are normaly friendly and knowledgable about what is for sale and there a people trained for each area of the store

Home base is a great place to buy things like BBQ equiptment and things, i think i got a desk there for my room once and it was very easy to put up and was very cheap and i love it !

Bikes are very good for younger children and cheep good prices. You can also get lots of reliable equipment for the garden and house work. Staff are always ready to help out.

This large homebase store has huge amounts of stock, and it is unlikely that you go there not being able to find what you want! The staff tend to be young and helpful.

Sometimes over priced but great place to get any DIY item, whether its for the garden or house youre bound to find it along with a very wide range of paint. I like that fact that a couple of years ago they added the home section which interior designers selling kitchens and bathrooms as well. The staff mainly seem friendly and happy to help, after all its sometimes a nightmare trying to find what you want in the very large store.

Pretty good homebase branch, plenty of stuff. Short drive or longish walk from town. Loads of car parking space too.

When I was served the staff were rude and seemed more worried about when they were finishing rather than helping me. I would go elsewhere next time.

Theres loads of choice in this hardware store and at reasonably good prices. Its easy to get too and the staff will help you carry your stuff out to the car, good parking and the shop is in a large warehouse so theres plenty of room.

A large store with just about everything you need to do up a house, garden, heavy duty building materials. Its got a great garden section with waterfeatures, plants, plant products and very helpful staff. They will lift anything heavy for you to the till and then to your car. Not too expensive either and if you have a homebase card you get regular offers.
