This branch has a good range of shoes, with a great sale. The staff are friendly and are more than happy to fetch your size from their stockroom. The shoes are pricey and not always long lasting but are the height of fashion so the choice is fashion or quality.

Not a big fan of faith, I find it difficult to find my size as my feet are long, and the staff here were snappy and quite rude.
I found a simple pair of ballet flats for around £30 which I think is a little too much.
They've lasted a while though so I suppose it was a good find.
I wouldn't reccomend just going to have a browse though, you have to dig deep to find the good stuff.

I'm not a fan of Faith shoes at all, I find their styles don't follow the fashion trends as much as other high street shoe shops and the couple of pairs I've bought from here have been unbearably uncomfortable. I recently visited this store with a friend, we were trying to find the perfect shoes to match an outfit - the range in here was even more limited than other Faith branches. The staff were uninterested in customers and more concerned with chattign to each other. There are much better shoe stops in Birmingham.
