Typically tasty pizza, going on a weeknight we found this horridly understaffed, whilst ordering and waiting for the meal was quick, we spent a good 20minutes waiting for the bill after we had asked!
The new menu, however was great, with quite a few more up market things on the menu. i would however like to say that if you choose the 'cheezy bites' crust, while tasty there really is not all that much cheese in each bite.

I sometimes go here for the Buffet lunch, which is pretty cheap; a word of advice, if you take up the buffet in cheltenham, make sure you sit downstairs as most of the pizzas are put here! if you go upstairs you will be left with a more slowly rotating dull selection.
the staff are friendly and service is quite quick, so this is great if you dont want to spend too long in the 'restaurant'

Pizza hut has a huge selection of you guessed it Pizza's on the menu, they are freshly cooked and there are a huge selction of toppings and crusts to choose from. Its great for kids parties as they have all you can eat ice cream factory! But apart for that there really aren't that many bonuses to Pizza Hut in my opinion, its quite expensive for what you get and this particular branch is pretty small and as it is so popular you always have to wait for ages for table and then wait again for your food to arrive. If I wanted pizza there are many other places in Cheltenham that I could find a good one which give a generally higher standard of customer satisfaction.

Pizza hut now has so many pizzas to choose from its hard to pick! I always go for the all you can eat biuffet, so you can have a little of a lot! However the main negative of this branch is the Queues at luchtime! So if you go in anytime between 1 - 3 be prepared to come back for your table 40 - 60 mins later!

Pizza hut in the centre of cheltenham's shopping area so handy for stopping off for lunch after a heavy days shopping, the offers on lunch are really good, they do a buffet which is all you can eat for around £4.95, this pizza hut does have some problems however, on the times i have been here i have often had to wait a long time to be served, they seem quite understaffed, also i was given a table right at the back of the restaurant even though there were better seats available
