Thursday nights is R&B night! THey play really good songs (basically the soundtrack to step up 2) and i would reccommend it to anyone, unless your old. THere are some creepy old people who come out to leer at the girls but its mostly a young crowd. Drinks are fairly averagely priced.... BURGERS ARE A MUST!!!!

Timepiece has a whole range of nights which will suit different people. The bar downstairs is a little over-priced but has a good vibe and there are usually plenty of seats. Wednesday Night is the big student night, but it depends on what type of student you are as to whether you should go there. It is crammed full of AU Students most of whom are stupidly drunk, the cheap drinks are nasty and if you are female you spend most of your time in the queue for the toilet. I have heard the Salsa night on a Tuesday and World Beats are good nights to go to.

timepiece is one of the most popular clubs with students and rightly so! wednesday night is probably the best night here, and is only £3 to get in. most of the au are to be found here on a weds! the downstairs bar is more chilled out, whereas the 2 upstairs rooms are more clubby. the outside area is good too providing its not rainy!! sometimes holds comedy acts on sundays! theres a different type of music each night so will suit all tastes!a timepiece burger is a must after a night out!!

Probabaly the best club in exeter, this is popular with students and an oloder crowd depending on the night you choose to go. Saturday is obviously very crowded, although I can suggest staying downstairs if you're with as group mof mates up for a more chilled out night without the queue

Not my favourite club in Exeter but I've had some good nights there. It's located in the centre of town but tucked behind the highstreet. The main problem with this place is the fact they just don't care about glass on the dancefloor. I've had nights were literally you and dancing and crunching away, so wear good shoes cos I've cut my foot before! The toilets as well are always a bit of a joke! Usually filthy with only 2 out of 3 working! On the whole the music is good, with RnB upstairs and modern tunes downstairs it's always enjoyable. However my favourite time to go is on indie or world music nights. Sometimes flyers are given for these events that enable cheaper entrance at about £3 instead of £5, students can also enter for £3. They also used to hold comedy nights for £4 showing very entertaining acts from around the world!

A place to go and chill or party until the lights come on! Timepiece is lucky enough to be placed in the middle of exeter, but having the advantage of being tucked away up a side street! if you ask anyone i'm sure they'll point you in the right direction.timepiece is split into three floors, the bottom a bar but with music, the middle a large dance floor with bar and DJ, and the very top a small dance floor with seating and bar, this can become a little squished but it does play alternative music. The drinks are reasonable, getting a bottle of wine that is actually called "Timepiece" very novel for about £6. If you want a good night out it is the place to go, but it can get jam packed with students so beware!

Amazing club, the best one in exeter provided you are involved in a AU club or know people that are. Wednesday is the big night with serious cheese playing all night. It cost £3 to go upstairs but the pub downstairs is free. Gets very busy on a wednesday particularly in October - December. There are tables and benchs outside which are very popular in the Summer.

Can be good, depending on which night you go.If you want a rowdy night, full of AU students getting drunk to passout stage and doing their strange rituals go on Wednesday. They play cheese/rnb (same CD as every other student club in Exeter).World Beats Night & Jelly Jazz are completely different and often very good. For anyone there for the Beardyman night, that was a night to remember, DMC champion beatboxer & a jungle set by Alex R in timepiece, showed what their system can do if needs be.

Timepiece is right in the centre of Exeter but tucked away in a side street making the beer garden intimate. there is a large bar area downstairs which is free to enter and upstairs is a nightclub which is usually £3-5. They have a salsa night every tuesday in the bar where they play latino music and there is an area to dance.large jugs of sangria at £6 always ensure a good night. on sundays they have a worldbeats night in the bar which is pretty similar to salsa night and equally good. the bar has a nice laidback atmosphere and a quirky feel to it. the nightclub upstairs has a good student night on wednesdays and Indie night on a friday. The club is not as well decorated as the bar and has a strange layout but is very popular amongst the locals and students. I've always had a good night out in Timepiece and would say it is one of Exeter's top nightclubs.

When I was younger I used to have two clubs that I went to religiously - this one and the carvern. However, now I'm abit older and probably none the wiser - I just find Tp to be really boring, I mean it's supposed to be an 'indie' night on a friday (I've not been for a few months so apoloies if this has changed) - but it actually plays - emo/cheesy pop indie and just sometimes lovely old style indie. The maindance floor can get stupildy packed - which is probably why a few fights happen - the bouncers seem abit edgy and aren't that polite. The seating is limited and the girls toilets are a total mess - God knows what the boy's are like. The drinks however are damn cheap. The upstairs bar is not much better, the music on a friday is abit more fun - some house/salsa/funk - although as it's tiny up there, the bar is often 5 deep in waiting punters. The downstairs bar - not the club part - a separate bar is abit better - friendly barstaff, good deal on drinks a with any bar in TP & abit more space to move around.

Timepiece is probably my favourite club in Exeter because it offers something different every night of the week, from cheese on a Wednesday to indie on Fridays. There are three different floors and an outside area, which you can easily move between, all suiting different tastes. Also, the drinks deals upstairs are really cheap, which makes up for the ones downstairs being more expensive. On the downside, the queues for the loos can be pretty long, and also because you're allowed drinks on the dancefloor there is usually quite a bit of glass on the floor. But generally, Timepiece is great for a night out...and if you're peckish afterwards then the burger van outside is always a good stop!

Timepiece can be a great night out, but can also be a bit of a disaster depending on which night you go, and what sort of night you are after. The variety of nights on offer in Timepiece is huge, so there is bound to be a night for you - just make sure you know what is going on the night you choose to go. The Downstairs bar is fairly pricey, but can have a really nice atmosphere, particularly on the Tuesday Salsa night. The upstairs has more drinks offers, and a place to dance but can get crowded.

Timepiece is the place to find students on a wednesday especially sports teams competing in BUSA matches. It consists of 3 floors, a downstairs bar (to get some drinks in before heading upstairs) and two upper floors playing cheese and RnB on a wednesday and Indie on a friday. Drinks are reasonable, deals before 11pm. There is limited seating on the upper floors. Costs £3 to get upstairs.

Timepiece is a bar and night-club, with three floors. It puts on various weekly nights, including; wednesday student night, friday indie night and sunday worldbeats. Worldbeats is a particularly interesting night, as nowhere else in Exeter plays music from around the world at a club. Drinks are not cheap, but on student night, there are always discounts. It also gets very crowded and rowdy upstairs and the dance floors are rather small.

Very good student night on wednesday, World beats every sunday and Indie night on friday. A large outdoor seating area and the first floor also has a large seating area and bar. The dance floor is situated upstairs with a cost of £3 with student cards.

A good night out, however the dance floor is quite small and therefore can get quite packed at times, particularly on a wednesday night, when the sports clubs have their socials. The music is good and the dj plays a wide variety. The drinks are cheap, at £1 for a vodka and mier or £1.50 for a reef. The outside is nice too with heated seating areas.

Timepiece: simply the best club in Exeter on a Wednesday night. It is BUSA night, so the club is full of sports teams in fancy dress or their customary chinos and shirt. Drinks are really cheap upstairs (£1 for a vodka coke) but downstairs prices can be a bit extortionate, although more suitable for a quiet drink. Upstairs plays cheesey music (summer of 69, I am the one and only et al) and the top floor is r n b

Slightly more different than the other clubs Exeter has to offer, the downstairs in Timepiece is perfect for a 1 (or 10!) drinks. The decorations make the atmosphere even better. Wednesday night is best to be avoided unless you're a sports loving student as it becomes overrun with rugby players and the queues for the toilet will end up taking most of the night! Sunday night is a good one to be a bit different as its World Beats night.
