There a bit weird, I ordered something from them and I didnt get confirmed that I had got it on one of thei accounts. So I waited and waited and called them and only thing they could say was to wait and see if I got an account number with what I originally ordered. So I couldnt exactly look about for the item I wanted until I knew they where sending it out. Took about 2 months to get what I wanted in the end I was told that it was coming from supplier but asked for my accunt number so I could pay and was told again it would come with my delivery. Got my delivery no account number. So I called again and was told it would be with me soon. So another month later I got a letter telling me i would get my account number in...you guess it another month! And I never got that account number so I couldnt go in and pay online all I got about 6 months after it all was a giro to pay them.

Very odd way of working for a catalogue. Cant use them again as I dont have an account number and its the one thing I was meant to get first.

I have just had my new tv delivered yesterday. Fantastic service as they rang half an hour before they were due to arrive so I could clear everything out the way. The tv is great, was cheaper than I expected it to be and has freeview inside. Am very pleased and would use them again for digital goods. Also delivery was free.

I am very pleased to have found this review as I have been umming and arring about whether to buy a tv from this website. I couldnt find any independent reviews on the internet about the company so as this review is so positive I will go ahead and get the tv. They also offer free delivery and a free stand. Hopefully it will all be fine!

This is the online mail order facility for this major electrical retailer. I have used them in the past for the purchase of a digital radio and received excellent service with very fast delivery by courier. This was at a very busy time of year and the item was in very short supply, so their efficiency was very much appreciated. Of course, with their chain of warehouse and web stores, you can now order online at home and arrange to collect your items from their nearest outlet. However, you do have to be careful to take some ID with you! I would recommend them without any reservation.
