John Lewis is soon to move to their new premises at the much awaited new shopping complex. This department store is renown for its quality of goods and high standard of service from their shop assistants. A very wide selection of goods are sold and is quite on the expensive side, but they do offer a service that if you find the same goods at a different outlet at a cheaper price they will match it. The after care is also very important and if you do have a problem i think it is one of the only stores around now where the customer is always right and they will bend over backwards to help. I have also found that they usually offer a 2 year guarantee on most electrical items as standard. Store is very well presented with plenty of room to walk around the display cabinets.

This is a department store in the centre of liverpool offering very friendly service. The prices are qutie expensive but you are garunteed excellent quality. It sells almost everything such as clothes, electrical items and furniture.

This is the only up-market department store in Liverpool. It is a large store where you can find most of what your looking for and guarantee it will be of good quality and price matched with other stores. The store is well laid out and everything is easy to find. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and have never been disappointed with the service provided or the quality of any of the goods i have purchased!
