A nice restaurant, especially in summer as you are able to sit outside. The food is ok, nothing special, but reasonablly priced, and served with a smile!

Frankie and Bennies is so American and has the best food ever. You can even look in to the kitchen while there cooking your food! They have Pasta, Pizza and some great meat. They have a bar and it is next to a cinema! There are nice seats and the staff are really nice and helpful but the food is actualy quite expensive for 1 meal! They have great puddings and also the drinks taste fabulous...........

Frankie and Benny's is a really cool restaurant located in the Chi Gate complex in Chichester - food here is delicious --- recommened the burgers or pasta dishes ... staff usually friendly and dressed smartly ... although some of the bar satff are quite slow with getting your drinks done, especiallly on the busier evenings!!! Also don't have the non-alcoholic cocktails case they all just taste of grapefruit, even though they state they have no grapefrit in them - quite overpriced too!!
BUT generally this is a really pleasant restauarant .. and its location makes it perfect for free parking in CHi Gate, or even just to pop in for a drink and snacks after your game of Bowling or film at the Cinema

Typical American style chain restaurant food. So nothing gourmet or particularly impressive. But the atmosphere is quite good-lots of jazz music is played, all be it loudly. Itts right opposite Cineworld so a nice place to grab a bite after of before a film.

Really good food in here, a mixture of italian and american. The veggie burger is the best ive ever tasted! The drinks are also all really good, ecspecially the cocktails! It is reasonably priced and has a nice ley out so your table is not to close to the next one.

This restaurant is quite as popular as others due to it's location, it is in the middle of Chichester Gate so quite a distance from the main centre. The food is good but the service is quite slow and it's all quite expensive. It's a good venue for birthday meals or meals out for lots of people as the atmosphere is fun but I don't recommend it for a quite meal. It is placed directly opposite the cinema which is quite useful but is in competition with the other restaurants in Chi Gate such as Tandorri Night, the Chinese, Chicago Rock and Nando's.

It's okay. The prices are okay. The food is okay. The service is okay. Nothing particularly special about this restaurant. It's situated in chichester gate so it's popular with cinema-goers. They do a discount on mondays if you show them your cinema ticket. Also, they do take-aways on certain dishes. A couple of times I've had some really rude, useless servers in here. And last time I went my chicken pasta gave me the worst food poisoning in the world! Then again other times I've enjoyed a really good meal. The cocktails are nice so it's a good place to drop in for a little stay at the bar. But if you're eating here I'd recommend you to enter with caution, just in case.

The food is always great and really well priced, there is something for everyone and I've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

There are both positive and negative aspects to this restaurant. Generally, the food is of a very good standard and the prices are reasonable. It's in a convenient location too, at chichester gate, as it is right next door to both the cinema and bowling. If you intend to eat before going to the cinema, make sure you inform them of when your film starts as you go in, as on a few occasions eating in Frankie and Benny's the speed of service has been rather poor.

this is a top quality restaurant with friendly staff and a fast service. It has a wide variety of foods on the menu suitable for vegetarians and other special dietary needs. the staff are very friendly and helpful, and it is always full of people with a buzzing atmosphere. i would highly recommend this restaurant with very fair prices for good quality food.
