A great place to go for a quick bite to eat with fantastic views over Portsmouth Harbour. The food is basic, but very tasty, with a great range of burgers and steaks as it is a American themed restaurant. The food arrives quickly and the staff are very polite.

I quite like this place. There is good food here but it takes ages to arrive.
Also, drinks are expensive. This can be expected from restruants but not at these prices.

This is a brilliant restaurant with an american themed menu. The food is delicious, with something on the menu for everyone. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are efficient in their service and making sure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. It has a wonderful view over the entrance to portsmouth harbour which is very pleasant in the summer. Highly recommended.

The food is bland and ridiculously over priced here, although the restaurant looks appealing it's not worth the money. The staff are bearable but the service takes ages and for such basic food it's not advisable.

Fab place for quick food after a days shopping! Great for children and adults, offering a menu to suit each. The staff are very helpful and allways are quick to serve. Food is brilliant quality, nothing to ambitous - just standard meals to suit all. Highly Reccomended

Tootsies is a friendly and fast serving restaurant, reasonably priced. If you are looking for a quick meal out, then this would be the perfect place, the food quality however, is not superb and has been dissappointing on more than one occasion.

I came here with a group of friends and the staff were great, very friendly and enthusiastic. the food isnt that fancy but was very nice. isnt very dear either so if your looking for a nice meal go here!

Tootsies provide fantastic food, and a great service too, whats more is the view that overlooks Portsmouth harbour. I feel that you get real value for money, as the size of the portions are enough for anybody. There's also a geat atmosphere too. The burgers that the serve arn't the standard plain beef burgers either, so there's something different too
