With the amount of Indian restaurants in the city it is a challenge to create a menu which excels the other places. The indian Palace is most definitely a great indian restaurant but I'm not sure it completely exceeds the other indians in Portsmouth.

Fantastic. Definitely one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Portsmouth. Its large and varied menu coupled with its perfect situation in Gunwharf offering irresistable views, makes this a perfect place for a meal on any occasion.

The indian palace is a very well kept restuarant in a prime location, overlooking the harbour in gunwharf quays.
The food is very well presented and the staff are all friendly, even the food is brought out on a warming plate so it doesnt go cold whilst you are eating it. It is the small details like this which make it a very pleasnt place for a meal.
However, the prices are astronomical. A normal curry will burn a hole in your wallet and one of the beers (pint) on the menu will set you back £7.
But, if you can afford a lengthy bill, this is a very nice place to go and eat!

Indian Palace is located in one of the best spots in gunwharf quays. Indian Palace is on the top floor looking down at the sea. Indian Palace is designed very well at a very high standard. Also they have incoprperated a very good seating plan, so you can have your own area. The waiter are very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the PRICES at Indian Palace is very high.

This is an amazing indian restaurant with a huge menu to go with it. It is a lovely night out and is great for a romantic night out or a night out with your friend's. It has a very friendly and comfty atmosphere inside and the staff are very helpful they are also very friendly and very inviting. Last but not least the food taste's great and how you expect it should in that authentic way and it is eaily affordable and it is not to expensive at all.
