Apple Store, SOUTHAMPTON

The apple store here is a really fun, interactive place to have fun in Southampton. Its good because you can try out all the latest stuff and explore the functions, and see if you like the feel of it. I personally don't buy anything from there because I already have the computers I need, but for people that need new Ipods, computers, and anything else sold by apple, its the best place to buy apple products around.

This shop is wicked, full of electronics produced by Apple. I love the displays - you can have a go on the demonstration items and feel tempted to buy everything! The staff there are really helpful and they wander about the shop, asking if you need any more information / any help. The white decor looks really clean, modern and inviting. Apple's products are a bit pricey, but worth it as you know you are buying a top class product. 10/10 for this store!

This is a great store if you're into the apple range, as it has all of their new products, and you can have a go at everything. It's a favourite with some of my friends, who somehow manage to spend ages in the shop without any intention of buying anything. Personally, I'm not that into the whole i-pod or apple computer thing, and don't really see what's so fascinating about it!

Fairly new store! Great though. You can use all the computers, ipods etc to test out and all the staff are very knowledgeable and if you have a problem or concern with your apple software they will guide you in the right direction with advice

This is a great little shop especially for apple fanatics, it is quite small but just like the products its very stylish and simple. There are plenty of apple gadgets to play with, and yes you are allowed to touch them all. There is the problem of lots of school kids in there having a play but these can easily be avoided during the week days. The staff in their are always willing to help and they certainly know what they are talking about. I have bought many products from this store, and have had no problems at all!!!

This is quite a small apple store, which is always filled with kids who want to take pictures of them selves to put on their bebos... The staff in there however are extremly helpful, if you are looking to purchase anything from apple and you live in the area i strongly recommend paying a visit and talking to someone

Nice large store, lots of space. Lots and lots of staff to offer great help and advice on ipods. They have a good system of booking appointments and sorting out problems

love this shop. you can play around with all the products and get a real feel for them. there staff are very helpfull and can always point you in the right direction. it is so much fun and all apple products are so brilliant.

If you are into all your gadgets and gizmo's then this is a really good shop for you. They have all sorts of apples new inventions including the latest ipods and macs. The staff really know what they are talking about and can help you make the right purchase for your needs.

a big and very popular store with all the latest in apple technology. there are loads of laptops and ipods to try which seem to be really popular the staff are very good and are always willing to help and choose what is right for you.

This store is a lot a fun. It has several ipods out on display with a wide selection of music to listen to. It also has many computors out with fun features, such as taking pictures off you and friends which you can then email to yourself. As the ipod purchased here come directly from apple it easier to get advice if one is faulty, however it is usually crowded, so if you want a long chat with a member of staff to decide which ipod is right for you it may be better not to go in peak shopping time.

I purchased a brand new iPod from this shop in west quay, it was brand new but the left headphone had gone faulty and when i tried to take it back and get it fixed on the warranty they tried to tell me that i broke it and would cost me ?110 to fix the head jack !!! i would personally avoid this

there are always a selection of workers in this shop to help you with your enquiries, and the display of the products help you decide which, if any, to buy. it is always very busy in this store but if you go on a weekday you are sure to receive the help you need.

Proberbly one of the best stores in its chain, Southampton's Apple store is something of a luxury. The amount of products around is mind boggling. They often have the lastest Apple release the day after it's been released! The staff are into the products, and will always lend a hand. Anything Apple, go here!

The apple store cannot be missed, its right on the main corridor of southamptons west quay. The stores proucts are brilliant because they have not yet let me down. They are quite expensive but i think that what you get for your money is ample. One thing that i think the shop needs to sort out sometime is that fact that there are so many non buyers there, who just go there to play on the computers and go on the internet, with no intent to buy anything in the first place. Then, when a serious customer comes along like me, i cannot get the staff as other people are taking them up.

The interior of the apple store looks the inside of a starwars space ship. This is quite fitting given that they are selling some of the newest technology around today. Ipods to laptops, if it's technology you love, this is definitely the place for you. It's quite easy to find, if you walk straight after the entrance of west quay it's on your left. Be warned though, it gets super busy so if you're looking for a long chat you'll probably have to make an appointment.

This shop is awesome! It is in west quay so easy to find and is very popular, I have never been in there when it hasnt been crowded. They sell everything from ipods to laptops; you can try everything out in the shop to test how good they are. It is expensive but your not going to get it cheaper anywhere else.

This hands on shop is really popular in Southampton as you are able to use the computers and laptops etc in store. The staff are really helpful and always help you with any problems you might have.

This shop is really fun. The staff are very enthusiastic about the product and you can try them all out (the products not the staff). You can also access the internet here in case you need to check your emails while you're in town :)

The apple stote at westquay can boast som eof the best custimer service. When you walk out i gaurantee you will have got the best item whether it is an imac or ipod for you. Competitative prices too

a great shop to buy something in. you can try any of the the ipods, imacs ect.. that they sell, the staff all know so much about everything they sell and it is fairly easy to get a discount on the price and they often have bundles they can put together. but make sure that you do not go on a saturday or a sunday as it becomes over run with children who play about on the computers and ipods

As are all Apple products, the store is fresh and well designed. You can come in here to check out everything from ipods to mac books, everything is out and there for you to mess around with. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and are happy to offer their advice where needed.

This is an absolutely fantastic store, totally hands on so that you can have a good look at something if you intend on buying it, none of this hiding things in boxes. Everything is displayed so you can move it touch it use it etc. The store is really bright and fresh, and its always busy which is great.

Ipods and Macbooks straight from the makers! An excellent little store with everything you could want from apple. Also good if you have any technical difficulties and you need assisstance, the staff are very knowledgable and willing to help you. You can also buy all those little accessories you want for your ipod or macbook.

I have had a couple of ipods before - nano and a 20 gig one. both have been great for me and although a lot of people complain about apple they've been both stylish and functional. this shop is the place to go if you want any equipment or accessories for it like speakers or covers.

A great little Apple Store which pulls more than its weight in terms of support. They'll repair your mac really quickly, and work tirelessly to restore anything you lost. If it doesn't work, they reply to your emails.

This apple store is great, the staff are so friendly and happy to help you and show you the products they have on offer. You can play around with the many Macs, Ipods, Iphones and other products they have on display, and it's a very good place to really sample and ask questions about an apple product before purchasing.

This is a great shop to visit simply for the experience.
All of the new products are on display and hooked up to the internet, all customers can try the products and this store also offers the "genius bar" which is a 1-2-1 support desk, the "genius's" are very helpful and know a lot about apple products and their problems.

Amazing shop to visit, it has lots of apple products out for you to try. so you can really know what your buying before you purchase. Staff very helpful and come to you instead of having to find someone. Paying the member of staff helping you means you dont have to queue to pay. Great shop.

Immensely good products for sale liad out in an array around the shop. I bought a Macbook here and it is just brilliant, unlike any other windows computers. There is a range of tvs, laptops and ipods for sale as well as accessories too. Very helpful and friendly staff guiding you through how to use a macbook and showing you exactly what you need to be kitted out.

A great and exciting store. The staff are always ready to help and know a lot about the products they sell which is always a plus! the structure for serving customers ready to buy a product is well organised and sophisticated. Student discount for educational purposes is a positive factor about the store.

This is a great store to visit to try out all the latest of apples latest technology. This store is filled with their products such as iPods and laptops which you are free to test out. There is always many staff who are highly knowledgeable who are ready to help.

This place is really great. It's nice a light with loads of really knowledgable staff members ready to help. All the latest equipment is out on display and ready for you to play with. The prices are retail, so not massively over priced, but equally you won't find many cheap items in here.

I love to have a browse in here, you can happily have a look at the stuff without a problem, most people are - you don't worry about people staring or the staff having a problem with it! The shop has a really nice layout, really white and bright with everything clearly set out. If you want to try stuff out, it's great. If you're a serious buyer, it might prove harder getting serious service.

The Apple Store, found in West Quay, is a fantastic shop and is always packed with visitors. Although the products offered are high in price, their quality is top of the range and are always reliable. The shop is very spacious and very well presented, with the shops walls white, as well as the tables and desks in white also. The staff are all very approachable and give fantastic advice on the products sold, and each of them have a great range of knowledge on the goods they are selling.

It is a great shop due to its open plan style with all products available to be played with. the staff are all very friendly and caring, giving the customer great care and attention. The price of the goods is high but it is very much worth it because of the quality of the goods being so high. The

This store is great when it is not very busy. It is very fun and you can have a try and a play with many of their electornics. The atmosphere in there is great and the staff are friendly. The prices are obvioulsy high but the quality of their products is excptional!

a very active store wit ha comfortable envrionment. every laptop/computer is already conectd to the internet so a quick check on facebook/bebo/myspce etc is easy to do. The products themselves are magnificent looking, but prices can be high. But you have to be prepared to spend alot for high quality looking and working products.

I find this is a great place to go when it's not too busy! Have a play with the computers and the camras attached! Always loads of people in there though! I've found that the staff are very willing to help and are very knowledgable about products found in the shop.

Very fun store, most of the people in there are not to look to even buy the products, but play around on the iMacs as taking pictures with all the wacky options has become very popular. To be honest never seen a member of staff there helping anyone so can't comment on that.

this place is brilliantly layed out. predominantly white interior - being apple. with really well layed out stock. it truly is a pleasure to look around. and the stuff there is quality, although this may be expected

This is quite a large store considering it is all Apple products. All the products are laid out, so that customers can have a real feel of something that they want to buy. This is definalely a plus, because all to often products are hidden inside glass cabinets out of customers reach. The staff are all very helpful, and know what they are talking about.

this apple shop is more trouble than good, it is always completely packed full of kids trying out the computers with no intention of buying them, and idiotic staff whom always seem to be busy and or hungover! much easier to buy online or at the dixons which is about 5 doors down!

Its always full up of people just wanting a go on an ipod or imac. Its so hard to get a sales assistant to help you as they are so busy making sure people dont nick things. Much better to buy online at the apple store.

A different perspective of electronics shopping, you can be much more hands on with the mac's in here than in many other competing stores. The layout is very clean and tidy with minimal distraction. If you own anything apple then this store is very useful for you. I often find myself popping in here to look at the lastest products apple has to offer.

The Apple Store is hands down my favourite shop in West Quay Shopping Centre, and the Apple Store in London is my favourite shop in England!! So innovative, Apple really does bring you a great experience, amazing presentation and skilled sales team. You can try out any Apple product, its all there for you to have a play with. A must.
