don't use these people. My car had a chip in the windscreen. My insurance company told me to go to this branch of Autoglass. They fitted a new windscreen but it vibrated loose (!) when I travelled at over 45mph. At first they didn't believe me and I had to take the manager on a test drive along the motorway to demonstrate the problem. They refitted it but it has never been the same since - the rubber surround on the passenger side is not a perfect fit and there is wind noise on the passenger side when you are driving along the motorway.If your insurance company say you must use Autoglass, insist they put you on to someone else
