I have never stayed here but have been for dinner, first went years ago and found the food and service to be great, went back ealier this year and had forgot how great the grounds and setting was. The quality of food was still high with a great choice and the price was not over the top. Will be returning again very soon great food and staff.

Having been to this restaurant at least four times, and having stayed the night at the hotel, I can confidently give Inn on the Lake a recommendation! The food is great - a good choice of seasonal specials. The fish and chips is delicious - a classy take on a British classic! The breakfasts are fairly basic but good value and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The ambiance is peaceful during the day and buzzy during the evening, and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

This hotel offers 14 rooms which are a good size and good value for money. Downstairs there is a very good bar area which has some good local ales on tap. The restruant part of the establishment has a wide selection of high quality food which caters for all needs. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years ago and since then the hotel has a very good reputation but mainly as a restruant.

Lovely restaurant/ pub in a location overlooking a lake. A stylish modern interior with warm hospitality and a wide selection of food on offer. I recommend the Peking duck salad which is fantastic and can be served as either starter or main course. To make use of the beautiful garden and lake I advise a visit in the summer.
