This is now a large football club playing in the Premier League. The stadium can hold roughly 25,000 people, and they are planning to build a new stadium in the next few years, so as to increase their capacity. The support that Pompey get from there supporters is second to none, and only rivaled by Liverpool's supporters. Because of this the atmosphere inside Fratton Park for a big game is incredible.

This stadium has greatly developed over the last 10 years, not so long ago there was a large standing section. Thankfully this has now been replaced and there is seating around the entire ptich. Since the team was promoted to the premiership there has been further investment in the stadium, especially in terms of catering and toilet areas which now are second to none.

A great place, with a large staff base. The atmosphere is amazing, the facilites good. And the tickets are generously priced too. Highly highly recommended.

Portsmouth having only one local major football team makes the entire place that little bit more electric. It is renowned to have one of the best atmosphere in professional football (with good reason!) and is an awesome place to visit if you get the chance.

Portsmouth are doing the best they ever had in the past and are just going up and up in the premier league. Buying amazing players and geting more and more fans nationwide. Never dissapoint no mater the result

There is no other place than fratton park to watch a football match!
I know it doesnt hold as many fans as place like St james's or Old Trafford, but the fan's are passionate, the atmosphere is electric and the balti pie's available at half time are better than anything i have ever tasted!
Watching any team here is an absolute pleasure, no matter the result, and compared to most other top flight sides, the tickets are cheap too!
And if all goes well in the F.A cup tommorrow, we could be watching european football at Fratton Park next season =]
