i love h and m. their kids range is absolutley brilliant and great value for money.
i also find mens and womens clothes great value for money.
the shop is big and layout is good. the shop is cean and airy. staff are helpfull and freindly.

I love the clothes in this shop but the shop itself is always a bit untidy making it difficult to find certain sizes. It is usually good value for money but they don't do student discount which is annoying.

This ios one of the bigger H&M stores .. good selection of clothes .. they even have a large children's and men's department ... as with most H&M stores it is not all really overpriced and mostly affordable - good for basics and some more extravagant items for going out too

A fantastic selection of affordable but fashionable clothes, a definite must for those who want to establish a look which is a bit more 'out there' and quirky than most high street stores will allow. This is a reasonable sized branch offering a good selection without the feeling of being overwhelmed which I often feel in the really large city stores. Well worth a trip to Southampton for this shop alone!

Just recently this store was made bigger. As a result it now has much more clothing for men and women. Its ideal for students as the prices are cheap. It does become very busy though, meaning you do have to queue a while before been served, but the staff work to the best of their abilities at all times.

This store has been made bigger so now there is alot more stock and has a great variety of clothes. There arnt many tills though so it often takes a while to pay, ecspecially at weekends. Staff are quite friendly though and have always been happy to help.

Good variety of of clothes maternity ware is top draw! My sister loves buying her maternity ware from here because you can still look stylish even when your pregnant. Some of colours generally aren't very nice, but if you look around you are bond to find some good pieces, for a reasonable price.

I always go into this shop, it's so good! After a recent refurbishment it's now even bigger. They have a wide range of chlothing, from kids wear to business type clothing, so there's basically something for everyone. Prices are very reasonable, and changing room facilities are very good (spacious and well lit with lots of mirrors.) The only bad thing i'd say isthat sometimes it's hard to find the clothing you want because of the way it's organised.

H and M is a big store which sells cheap clothing for children and adults. The staff are generally friendly and there are fitting rooms for you to try on the clothes. There is a lot of stock to choose from but there are sometimes queues at the tills.

they have a wide wide range of stuff for everyone type of person. they have various sections, such as emo section, ladies casual, trend, an officey kinda a section and also for the kids and for adults. they have some good offers throughout the year for example i got two pairs of shorts for £10 recently, and they are so amazing, i wear them all the time. in addition i love there accessories, they have some bargain pieces. the best is they always have an all year sale, i love love love bargains.

The customer service in this store is always at a good standard and the clothes are reasonably priced yet very fashionable and well made.
i would recommend anyone to shop in this store.

H&M is another huge clothing stores that inhabits west quay lower floor. It's got two levels, one for womenswear and one for menswear. Most of the mens clothes are pretty standard if a little too generic for my tastes. Can be quite expensive as well so probably best to wait until the sales season. Staff are pretty standard, no complaints really. Worth a look around if you've got the time.

this store has a very good customer service, and the people who work there are very good at guiding you to what you are looking for. there is always lots of tills open, and many people to help you if you need any help.
the avaiablity is also very good. they have rung up other stores in the past for me, to find clothes they may not have in their store, and have posted them to my house.
i find the range of facilities ie lifts and escalators, very useful for those with a disability.

H and M is one of my favourite shops to buy my clothes from and the one in West Quay, Southampton is a huge one. Spread over two floors, you are sure to find lots of things you love and at bargain prices from this shop. During sale time, everything goes for amazing prices. You can also find some lovely gifts from here around christmas time.

Massive store which quite recently was reburbished. Amazing variety of accessories and clothing at very reasonale prices. The store caters for men, women and children and the changing room facitilites are ample.

I absolutely adore this shop and could spend hours and hours just browsing the shelves and hangers. I always build up a huge selection of items on my arm and end up buying at least a third of them. The clothes are attractive and fashionable yet affordable. The shop is huge, with an incredible amount of choice, and the staff are very friendly. Their changing rooms are big too which is incredibly practical because you don't spend ages waiting.

Perfect for a young person,teenager. Great range of cloths with great prices to match. I really like going to this shop because the staff are friendly and it is very cheap.

h&m is a great store to buy top quality products at great prices. They offer clothes of all sizes in womens, mens and childrens. The store is very spacious and normally isnt very busy. The staff are very helpful and its easy to find products that might not be in the store.

I think the quality of clothes in this H&M store has improved, as well as the interior. A whole range of fairly cheap clothes as well as gift ideas such as cosmetics and bags.

Fairly large size H&M store with a recently refurbished area upstairs. The men's range has quite a wide variety of stock, although it is sometimes a problem to find the item you are after in the right size. The fitting rooms are pleasant so you can always try out a few alternatives if you are unsure. It is all very spacious, so never feels too busy and the service is fast even when there are few people on till. I am personally not a fan of the jeans in H&M, although buy a lot of shirts/jumpers here, always at a good price.

A recentely reconstructed shop it feels very spacious and has a nice feel to it. The dressing rooms are clean and quite big with the staff being helpful and friendly. The clothes are fashionable of reasonable quality and cheap. It is dividid clearly into sections to aid shopping eg ladieswear, divided teen wear. Queues are usually not too bad and sales are quite frequent to shift stock bringing down prices even more, I enjoy shopping here and almost always come out happy!

Nice size store, which is easily accessible with escalators up to the second floor. They sell a great range for men, women and children at reasonable prices. They also sell some lovely underwear and a variety of bags, scarves and other pretty accessories.

Really big sotre with mens, womens and childrens clothes. The H&M brand is excellent keeping up with the latest styles as well as being pretty cheap. The mens section here is fairly large compared to other stores stocking suits and casual wear. Love the plain hoodies and t-shirts. Can't go wrong here.

Reasonably big H&M store with a good selection of clothing. It's bright and light, and there's a nice atmosphere inside. The staff are willing to help, and there is a good sized set of changing rooms too.

Nice sized H&M with a huge varitey of clothes and really helpful staff. The only downside is that it can get really messy and crowded in sales season.

A very nice H & M with some really nice clothes. I have bought many items from here and will continue doing so. The shop has been recently renevated, increasing in size which is great.

Such a good H&M, i come here so often i know the layout off by heart. It's so hard to come here and leave without buying something. Changing rooms are really good as there are never big queues, and you can take up to ten items in! Prices are really good and you get really good quality clothes. So many different styles and types of clothing. Also has been recently refubished, to make it more customer friendly. You are really missing out if you go to West Quay and dont come here!

I would say that the clothing supplied at H & M is very good because the prices are all very reasonable and there is a large diversity of choice for male and female clothing. I personally would shop here as it is an ideal place for student shopping, within budget and high quality. Customer service is always good because the staff are always willing and able to help.

Great low price clothes shop which covers men, women and children with a superb range. Can often be classed as samey and low quality but one can often pick up something unique which they'll never see somebody else wearing. Great if one is not from the area and does not have a h&m where they live.

It can be a mess,especially in the sale,but great value at H&M.They have a seperate,very cute and appealing,section for girls at the back as well,which gives you a great range of clothes.Obviously do mens as well and from what I've heard the children's section doesn't compare to anywhere else.

A very reasonable clothes shop. Selling items for both sexes and all ages. It's very cheap too so there is always a bargain to be had. It can get a little hectic in there so be prepared. Aside from that no downsides.

The quality of the clothing in this store has definately decreased in the past few years. Although failry cheap, I would even prefer shopping in Primark than this store for the fashion of the clothing in this store is tacky and out of date. You can tell the clothing is cheap and hardly original. It is sometimes quite messy however due to the new look of the store it is much more pleasant to browse in... However impossible to find something worth buying!

This store used to be very unorganised an untidy however it's been re-decorated and now the atmosphere is much better and more spacious. It's very organised and is kept tidy by staff who are also very friendly and willing to help. I buy the majority of my underwear from here because the prices are great!

An excellent store. Often quite messy but you still see the selection of clothes and accesories. It's on two floors including children and men's department. Very well priced and great for spotting bargains.

A large store which has a good range of both men and women's fashions. There's everything from underwear to smart clothes and a great accessories section (hats, scarves, belts, jewellery, bags e.t.c). The clothes can be ridiculously cheap, and its definitely the place to shop if you want to pick up a bargain. A personal favourite.

I do a lot of shopping here. The prices are great and there is a massive range on simple clothing. There is always a lot of stock. The staff are very friendly and the store is neatly laid out.

I really really love shopping here. It's been my go-to shop for ages now. There are loads of clothes available and the prices get ridiculously low. There's smart clothes, casual clothes, smart-casual clothes - the lot. Plenty for both sexes. Great facilities and good staff too. Can't go wrong really!

Excellent store, packed full with clothing and accecories to suit all. There are different sections for females, males and children all including changing rooms. The staff are friendly and help ensure your shop is pleasant with very quick service at the counters etc.

There's a lot of stuff in here, and for a reasonable price. They nearly always have my size too, this place is well stocked up. The only bad thing is that quite often the clothes themselves do not last that long, and for this reason much of the time I shop elsewhere now - I can spend the same amount of money on something that will last longer.

This shop carries a great selection of clothing,the accessories selection has some wonderful jewellery which i purchase a lot of. The staff are very friendly and also helpful. The recent refit also makes it very easy to find what your looking for

Great place to go to get fashionable clothes/basic clothes when you dont have loads of money!
The clothes are all of good quality however arranged in a not so neat fashion. Sometimes I find it quite hard to search for something specific.
Its a really big store and the do sell a great range of male and female clothes!

H & M is found at West Quay shopping centre, the shop itslef is massive in size, offering vast amounts of clothing, accessories, underwear, footwear and cosmetics. The store is very open and has been newly refurbished. The staff are extremely friendly and give great advice on whats in stock. Theres always something you like and they always stock a variety of sizes. The clothes are sold at a fantastic price, so H & M is definately worth checking out!

This is my favourite H & M store. It is huge and the stock is always changing. Any type of clothing you go in looking for you will usually find and even if you go in not looking for anything you often come out with bagfuls!

This is a really great shop, and i love most of the clothes in there but the adults section is all very messing and it's sometimes hard to find the right size.

H&M does vary a lot. There was a time when I wanted to buy everything in this shop - now I don't like anything in there. I think it goes in phases, especially with age - their stuff appeals directly to about 10-15 year olds, and then older adults, but there's nothing much for late teens - when you want something a bit less childish, H&M is full of see through raincoats and big hoodies with explosions on the back.

H & M can either be rubbish or can be amazing! Often it is very busy and the clothes are quite disorganised! but sometimes you can find the most amazings items for such a cheap price! sometimes they are simple which you can wear often or they can be really different and slightly quirky!

This is a realy cheap shop which sells clothes that everyone seems to wear realy. They are very plain and basic which can be good but do get boring. Its sort of all a mess in their and always quite busy, even though it is very large. A great place to buy some cheap, basic clothes though.

i never used to like this shop, but its grown on me, their strappy tops are great and every now and again you get a great deal in there!! The southampton one is really big!!! pretty good with a wide range of products. its a bit of a mess but the staff are relatively friendly. there always seems to be queues though (go upstairs, theres never queues up there! ;D)

I used to love this H and M but nowadays it does seem to be going downhill. There clothes are not as cheap as they used to be and seem to gt tackier.
Having said that, it did provide me with my entire teenage wardrobe and the shop does seem better organised at the moment.

This shop is going downhill, there is a massive emo section. Myself not being an emo I then find it difficult to find nice clothes there anymore. The staff are useless, and the sizes are completely wrong on the lables and hangers.

h & m go through fases when i love the clothes and then i really dont like them. it is a nice sized store and the staff are helpful if they are in a good mood. generally a nice clothes shop though.

I really like the clothes in h&m and the prices arent half bad! the staff are very friwendly and helpful! great atmosphere! most of my underwear actually comes form here as they have a great range of that!

A huge store in Southampton. Naturally selling clothes for men, women and children. The store is a good place to borwse through just to get ideas on current trends. The staff were always present and the tills never seemed overly jammed with people either.

H&M do sell a lot of nice clothes at a really great price (Not as good as New York H&M) and I always find myself buying something whenever I go into this particular branch. Well worth a visit and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful.

H & M, simply cannot fault the reasonable pricing. The clothes are actually surprising fashionable here aswell, and the selection is simply huge!! This really is a very postive review, I'm trying to think of something to fault H & M and I can't!! There are plenty of changing rooms at this branch which is always nice to see.
