A large John Lewis store with plenty of variety on several different floors of shopping! John Lewis are renowned for their customer service and they certainly do not disappoint. It is almost worth buying things from John Lewis, rather than specialist stores because their customer service is so good.

Really good department store with a huge range of products spread over loads of floors. You can just get lost in there for hours! The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful and it makes the money spent worthwhile. The best place for christmas shopping even if it gets packed!

John Lewis is a great department store, with many floors and numerous items to choose from, customers are always sure to find something. The prices are reaosnable which is what makes it so attractive and the customer service is more than efficient.

This shop has a really nice atmosphere and is a nice place to go for some relaxed shopping. The staff were all really helpfull and totally worth the money.

This is a really nice light feeling low pressure department store to walk round. pretty massive each floor houses something new. It's great for presents actually and my mum's last few (possibly unwanted.. she's good at covering it up) christmas presents originated here. They have really nice lamps good for kids leaving for uni.

Like many of these big department stores the prices are higher but quality over quantity applies here. It's perfect for all ages and both men and women. As it sells more than clothes you can get most of the things you need from there which is helpful at manic times of the year like christmas and birthdays!

This John Lewis is excellent, one of the largest and best in my opinion, it has everything in it, if something is not in stock then the helpful staff will order it in straight away and then contact you by telephone or email when it is ready for you to pick up, a very good level of customer satisfaction

John Lewis is just a great department store and this is really their flag ship store. They sell pretty much everything you would expect from a department store e.g. ladies and gents fashion, cosmetics, childrensware, homeware, china and glass, shoes, furniture. This particular branch of JL is well known for its furnishing fabric. Situated a few yards from Oxford Street Tube its easy to find.

Fantastic quality, and one of the best John Lewis department stores around. i love the cafe here too - really delicious cakes and pastries! Selling everything from cosmetics to clothes to cooking equipment, this ideally located store is the bees knees. Great at christmas for gifts and luxury wrapping papers / decorations! Friendly and very helpful staff, willing to order in products if they are not available.
