This cinema has posotives and negatives- there are alot of screens and movies to choose from, but it is just too big and cold for me. The food is typical cinema food, not very nice and stupidly expensive, but the pick and mix is good.

A good cinema with a number of screens showing a variety of films. This cineworld serves the whole of Chichester and the surrounding area in terms of a multi-plex cinema showing all the biggest blockbusters of the day. The refreshment stands (especially the Ben n Jerry's) are all staffed by friendly, efficient people and, although they are expensive, they are no more dear than the average cinema. Conveniently located near a lot of food outlets and a bowling alley, Cineworld is at the centre of Chichester Gate. The automated machines offer up a chance to queue-jump and booking in advance is probably advisable if they are popular as this cinema tends to sell out quickly and have few provisions to extend their space.

I really like this cinema. There are 10 screens - although they are pretty small - so you can see a selection of films at all different times. Pre-booking is recommended as it does get busy and queues can be long. You can book online which is even easier than the phone service. There are a range of refreshments available but they are ALL really expensive and for me this spoils the whole experience. You can pay extra for VIP tickets which give you a seat in a box with max 12 people and bigger more comfortable seats. You are allowed to buy alcoholic drinks to take into the VIP box and you get drinks in glasses rather than plastic cups! BUT you used to get free popcorn and waiter service in there too and you don't now so you aren't getting quite such a treat for your money. Good films, nice clean cinema but overpriced in my opinion.

This is a good cinema which offers discount tickets on a Tuesday. I find the food inside the cinema to be greatly overpriced, you can buy the usual sweets, popcorn and hot dogs but the cost is steep so be warned. You dont get given set seats in this cinema so we usually arrive early to make sure we can sit somewhere good...especially for the popular films. The seats are very comfy and the leg room good.

Large cinema located just outside of town with fairly reasonable ticket prices. It is cheaper on a tuesday, and even cheaper on a wednesday if you have an orange phone. Confectionary is extremely overpriced as expected, but you are able to bring your own food. Good size screens and clean seating, friendly staff as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Cineworld has lots of latest films and the place is so fun! They have arcades, clubs, restaurants and a massive room of popcorn and of course the Cinema in one massive building. With the popcorn its great because you can fill up your own popcorn as much as you like! Wow, Thats nice! They have nice seats and they have a lot of banners, advertiseing the films that are showing. Cineworld is great!

A nice cinema in a good location. It is good because it is cheaper than most other cinemas, but t the same time it is smaller than others with less comfortable seats. The food is really overpriced, but tastes really good.

Quite a big cinema and the screens are good. All of the food is stupidly overpriced as in all cinemas. Itts fairly new so modern and definitely has that American feel. But I think itts a good cinema and slightly cheaper than for example the main one in Portsmouth. And let's face it, you can't get better than watching a film on the big screen!

Cineword are really good cinema's as they are alot cheaper and just everything is the same. For example you can expect to pay up to £6.50 for an adult ticket at Vue in Gunwharf whereas it's only £4.20 in Chichester. The food is good and the staff are fun and friendly. A really good place for a chilled night out..

An easy way to have a good night out can be found here at cineworld. The cinema keeps up with the times and by having at least 8 screens allows it to show many different films at one time. The ticket prices are quite high, however relative to the rest of the industry. There is plenty of food available and can cater for all. This is a perfect way to spend an evening out either with your family or a group of friends.
