this was the restaurant of our hotel in which we ate on our first night. I didn't think the food was that good - I had fish soup for my starters in each of the 4 restaurants we had dinner in on the island of San Miguel and this was my least favourite. My grilled swordfish was tasteless. The service was a bit amateurishand the ambience, which was fine for breakfast was a bit clinical for the evening. It has a reputation as being one of the best restaurants for its food in The Azores. All I can say is, we found 3 others which were better by quite a long way. For 3 courses for 6 people the bill was 190 Euros which also made it the most expensive of the four restaurants we tried
