This is a great pub, it has a really good atmosphere and loads of great decor. Its very different to most pubs in exeter. Drinks are pretty standard a pint can of red stripe will set you back £1.80 (I think). Its a really relaxing place with a pool table surrounded by sofas and tables and a small patio outside covered from the rainwith a few scattered tables. Live nights are hosted occasionally throughout the week so theres always something going on. The staff are incredibly nice and always chat to you when you go to the bar. Its a great pub, really worth the visit.

The only independently owned pub left in Exeter City Centre apparently.Local/alternative vibe, with plush random decor inside and a strong cosy atmosphere. Fairly cheap drinks prices, Red Stripe cans being the cheapest pint (I think)The NBI frequently hosts music nights with open decks and mic, Ja-Fu-Re every sunday night is a mix of Jazz, Funk & Reggae and is a really chilled out night sitting on the pub sofas. Thursday is open deck night where anyone can go along and play their own tunes (usually slower tempo'd music (dubstep.reggae.jazz.house.electro))The back garden has recently been partially coverered with a wood structure, allowing cover for the rain, the rest is patio'd, they also have a usuable BBQ on site.Landlord is a really really nice genuine guy.

A friendly, comfy pub with approachable bar staff and averagely priced drinks. The North Bridge looks a bit dingy from the outside, but inside has a cosy, relaxing atmosphere and provides an almost constant showcase of local talent with regular open-mic nights or intimate gigs. A great pub to go to for a quiet drink and to listen to some good live music, or play a game of pool.

The North Bridge Inn is a cosy pub situated on the Iron Bridge in Exeter. It has a real local vibe and is a funky place to go for a drink. It has a pool table at the back of the pub, which is usually rather popular. The pub frequently puts on events, such as an open-mic night and an open-deck night, for those budding DJs.
