The village post office has been threatened with closures for as long as I can remember but somehow its kept up the good fight and has survived, despite the thousands of closures happening around it. Thank goodness it has lasted, its so useful just being able to walk 30 seconds down the street to see 'our Graham' who is always able to help you with passport and tax forms and the like. This village really would be at a loss without one - its a great social place for the more elderly members of the community and is useful for the usual stamps,magazines and papers.
