A good service offering swift talks and insurance cover. Always very willing staff and helpful always offering information that is required.

I haven't had to claim yet (*touch wood*!) but used the online website to purchase insurance. Very easy to navigate site, quick and easy, and also a great price, much cheaper than competitors! As a young driver this is really important to me and my insurance price is alot lower than any other quotes I got. I get sent a few leaflets every now and then from them, which are personalised (can't really explain but its really cute!) and just shows they value their customers! I haven't had to claim (again, *touch wood!*) but I would expect a friendly helpful service from what I have experienced so far.

excellent service for when i needed them the most! my car was stolen and got straight onto them and they dealt with everything, i had to do nothing! the service was brilliant with friendly and helpful staff who kept in the loop! will always use them! fantastic.

I have used this company for both my business and private vehicle insurance needs for many years. I have never been disappointed with the service provided over the period, which included two claims for damage caused to my vehicles by third parties. Their staff seem to be well trained and any necessary amendments to cover are carried out efficiently. One of the other reasons I have always used them is that their instalment plan is spread across 12 monthly payments rather than the shorter period used by many other companies. This makes it easier to budget for such an expense.
