When i fist visited leeds i thought that the light was jusst going to be a cinema on its own, but it wasn't. When i went in there were loads of restaurants and shops. When i went there there were not many poeple there soit wasn't very busy, but this was quite late into the evening. when i got to the cinema there was about 2 movies that me and my dad wanted to see, but they were only on at about 5.30 and 8.10. So we looked at all of the others and they were all the same. this was the one thing i was disapoined with. The movies didn't reoccur as much as they did at other cinema's. They were onlyon at arly times and later times. so in the end we didn't have time to see the last one and so we went somewhere else instead. this was the one thing i thought wasn't very good. Also there seemed to be alot of teenages just hanging around there doing nothing which disturbed me a bit. Although, it was very organzed and layed out well with very pleasant staff.

It's a great place to go to the cinema, with loads to chose from and loads on but the queues are exhausting. Queues fr everything, but always worth it to get a bit of back row action, haha.

This a central shopping centre which I regularly use. The Cinema is really useful and has a lot of screens meaning there is always plenty of films showing. One thing I would say is never sit on the front row as it is too close to the screen causing neck ache. There are a few restaurants in the complex such as Nados and an italian which are friendly and nice. On a rainy day its a good place to run into to browse the shops also.

I haven't actually been shopping here but I went to the cinema and a Chinese restaurant, both of which were great. The whole complex seems well-designed and pleasant. The cinema staff went out of their way to be helpful and the Chinese buffet was amazing!

Always a great place to come with friends or someone special, there are literally about ten different restaurants here including the swesome Cafe Rouge and Bagel Nash! There's a huge cinema upstairs and even some beauty parlor thing with a gym. There's an awesome Chinese restaurant too, but it's a bit expensive. There is a decent hotel I've heard too but I've never been. It's very popular so there is a great atmosphere and it can get very busy especially at weekends. There are some more upmarket shops here, such as Lacoste and an independant boutique at the main entrance. Great place to go.

A really nice shopping complex in the centre of Leeds. It's central location means it can get quite busy sometimes but it's a really good place to visit, with a variety of shops to keep you occupied, and plenty of cafes and restaurants serving all kinds of food. The Light even has a gym, and also a 24hour CCTV monitered car park (it can be quite expensive if you park for a long time though). Upstairs is a cinema, which has a large amount of screens and shows all the latest films. The prices are what you'd expect from a cinema, pretty expensive! Especially for food and drink. Plus it can get very busy on weekends so book in advance to avoid disappointment!

The light is a really good place to visit! There are a number of shops inside, including Joy, which is a really unique clothes shop! The cinema is also inside, which is quite large and not a bad price. There are also cafes downstairs which always look busy and vibrant.

Dissapointing shopping mall i think, there are a few shops but none that are great! there is a cinema inside on the top floor which is good lots of screens but is quite expensive; about £7 i think. The only good thing about this place is the nandos inside! Also lots of groups of teenagers hang about inside here so can get quite busy.
