The store in specific is OK, the staff are helpful and do their job, especially when I had to return my mobile phone four times because it had a fault. The company itself is ok, the customer service is always good, you get a top of the range phone with some great deals and good offers. If you want to choose this company my advice is to go straight with them, don't use a middle man. I once went through the carphone warehouse and they took money put of my account even though I owed them nothing (and they never gave it me back either). Some people have or have had a problem with their 3G phone signal, I haven't really ever had a major problem with it, there are some areas where its used to be zero signal bars, but now those places have at least some coverage. They are worth testing out because their deals are so cheap.
