Boots online is a great website. The site is quite hard to use but once you get the hang of it its really good. I like it because you can buy a wide variety of products from them. My local boots is only small and you cant buy any clothes or toys, so i like to shop online to get the things that i cant get. The delivery is quick and the products arrive in good packaging.

This has got to be one of the hardest websites to navigate , it can be very frustrating waiting for pages to load and also the search function I think is rubbish as it never seems to find what you are looking for. On the good side Boots sell a lot of good things at reasonable prices especially when they have their sales but if I want something from Boots I go instore rather than buy from the website.

I find this website very hard to use it shouldnt be yet they seem to of made it far too complicated than it needs to be. i tried to shop from it recently but ended up leaving it and going into one of there stores.

i have used boots online a few times, and i find the site to be very slow and often crashed half way through a order so had to start again, i did like the way you can order all the bulky items straight to your door to save have to lug nappies and bulky things around town, i found the delivery price reasonable and the delivery times were very quick, the only thing that lets it down is the pace of the website.

i think boots online is great, i can order my make- up, deodrant, babies nappies at home. the delivery is very resonale to, its around 2.49. the items are usually delivered within a couple of days. boots also have some great offers on which is great, especially around christmas time

I do most of my boots shopping online. There is always great deals be it 3 for 2, sale items or extra points. It is worth looking around online for money saving or extra point codes or coupons. The customer service is very good, I had to return a faulty item and it was hassle free, money refunded straight away (even before item was picked up) and all round stress free.

Delivery is quick and normally free if you order over a certain value. Loads of selection and most things are usually in stock.

boots.com is great, you can shop at your own leisure, you can see straight away if something isn't in stock, they take paypal, lots of extra offers online. i ordered everything i could possibley needed when i was expecting so i didn't have to leave my sofa and everything came in the same box the following day.. the only issue i have is that the points you earn on line are not automatically put on your card you have to go into a store to update the card but at least you can go out and use your points to treat yourself to some thing nice.

The Boots Pharmacy website is an easy way to shop from the comfort of your chair! If, like me, you only have a small branch of Boots close by, the website is great as it has the whole range of Boots products, including the bigger ranges, eg baby products like prams etc. All the offers that you would find in store are all available online. Returns are easy, as most products you could return to your local store and they will refund you.
The ste is well laid out and easy to navigate your way around, and delivery prices are reasonable too.

boots on line is very good you can take your time while ordering things and it has everything online that it would have in store and you can also save your points on your boots card, you can also get the special offers on the web and when you spend over a ccertain amount you can get free delievery/

Boots online is better than boots instore in my opinion. There is alot more ranges online than in my local stores. I like how you can earn points whilst shopping online aswell as instore, also its free delivery over 40 and i like to take advantage of that :) I have got some fab sale items from online even though they was full price in store. Every so often you can get codes/vouchers to use to get money off if you spend a certain amount for example, i bought a silver cross car seat carrier which was 90 but i had a 10 0ff code so i got it for 80 plus free delivery, this was the cheapest place i could find a brand new so i was very happy. Boots courier service is relaible also and they have always come in the morning for me so im not having to wat in all day.

I love Boots online because of how easy it is! They have the full range of products, it's quite easy to navigate (I think it could be made a little neater, but that's not a massive complaint) and find what you are looking for. I also love it because they include all their fragrances, premium beauty brands and electrical etc. online which is good as not all branches have these products. The website offers free postage on orders over 40 which is useful, if somewhat dangerous as I'm always adding extra things I don't need to get up to 40 and totally defeating the object of free postage. I also really like that you can use your advantage card and earn points on your purchases online as well, this makes it really worthwhile. I think I actually prefer Boots online than going into the store now so I definitely recommend it!

Ive purchaced a few times from the online store as im a reugular shopper at my local stores but find it easier to have larger items delivered. I have found there seems to be alot better deals online ie being able to get extra points on particular items. Delivery is free for items over 40
Before the wesite upgrade i found the site contantly crashes especially if i went via favourites within my pc, but since the upgrade ive had not problems navigating around the site.
I have had a few issues with delivery not being received but boots customer service were quick to sort out any issues i had.
overall a nice site to use and will definatly use again

Haven't ordered since they updated the website tho as haven't needed anything.

They are pretty quick at sorting problems out and delivery is quick and free if you spend over 40 and you get the advantage of getting points when you buy online as well.

There is always loads of great offers online like 3 for 2 on toys and gifts, and free gifts with certain products.

I use boots online for more of my larger items that i wont be able to find in my local store. I have ordered from them in the past and have found the service brilliant. Delivery is usually free if you spend over 40 and i always find they do extra deals online so if you have an advantage card you can collect more points when you buy certain items. I especially like it around xmas times when the shops have ran out of the 3 for 2 gifts and i know bots online will definatly have them in stock. Fab service and fab delivery.

Really nice easy to navigate site, and one which offers all the deals available instore. It has a great baby section where you can buy all your essentials,a nd they normally have extra online delas you might not find in the store. You still get Advantage Crad points too, though you cant spend them online. They also offer free delivery if you spend over 40, and the delivery is quite quick.

Boots online is easy to use. They have a nice baby club. And send many dicount vouchers every few months. Really nice for essentials like milk and nappies

Nicely laid out site which is easy to navigate - on the home page there are details of various offers like buy one get one free on suncare for example, all good value for summer. There are various links for beauty and toiletries, photo's etc which makes your search convinient. There is also a section on pharmacy and health which is particulary useful for researching various ailments. Good informative site.

I don't tend to use the online version of boots because there is seemingly a boots in every small town nowadays, so it's often easier to get something when you're out and about. The website, however, is nicely presented and really easy to get around.

Know the hole range you can find in any big Boots store ou can access on line here. This is really good for me because my nearest boots is a small one with no toys in it at all.This way i can see if i like anything and then order it on line! happy days!

The split categories of this website makes life so much easier when searching Boots online.

I always feel that many beauty websites have their products scattered around everywhere but Boots have separated their products into such specific categories that you are able to access just what you want with a few clicks.

And what's also helpful is the fact this website is always updated so you know straight away when an item has become out of stock.

A great website that sells a huge amount of beauty products including make-up, hair care, skin care and perfume. They also sell a large range of electrical goods, toys and baby products. It's got everything! I recently bought some GHDs from here, the website was really easy to use and my straightners were delivered quickly, they even sorted out my order when I accidental ordered two by accident! The website also has a really useful 'askboots' section which is supported by the British Medical Journal, they have loads of advice for all kinds of illness and problems.

It is a great website which offers a fantastic service that lives up to boots standards.

This website stocks everything that you can find in store. The photo section is particularly good. Upload photos and even edit which section of the photographs you would like to be printed and have them delivered to your door. There is also free delivery on the whole site if you spend over £40. Good selection of beauty products.
