This little Jessops photographic shop in the centre of Durham stocks a selection of camera, accessories and have a photograph development service. The range of products is fairly limited and prices seem pretty high. For specialist photographic equipment I'd shop online to get the best price. The staff don't seem to be at all knowledgeable about photography unlike many Jessops stores. A bog standard Jessops shop.
This store is small yet the staff are very friendly making the shopping experience pleasurbale. Recently purchased a digital camera from here and was very happy with the guidance I received and the picture quality.
not one of my favourate jessops, relatively small store and cramped with goods. primarily focussed towards cameras and printing which is ok, but could do with more stationary and essential goods. staff nothing special, but can be helpful if your really stuck! usb memory sticks very pricey buy online! overall average
Although the staff that i spoke to in this Jessops didn't seem to know what they were talking about (basically read the box contents to my when i asked about a camera), its still a decent shop. The self printing booths are pretty standard although you can get better deals elsewhere. Look out for special offers - they're listed in magansines which are put in a stand outside the shop.
This Jessops is pretty small-- it's essentially their printing business, some cameras, memory sticks and that kind of thing on display. You can submit pictures online to be printed instore, and they sometimes have really good deals on cameras-- check online and know what you want before you go as the salespeople can sometimes be pretty unhelpful (they often don't know that much about what they're selling, especially the higher end cameras and DSLRs).
