I visited bristol store during christmas and decided to hit the january sales, but it was after the rampage of people stepping over anyone including children to get their bargains. so it was a little quieter but i found the staff to be rude and not interested. extremely unprofessional and most of the time just hovered around the upstairs cash desk talking amongst each other. I tried to return some items I bought during the madness of the beginning of the sale and was told rudely that they couldn't do any refunds until the place was abit quieter. but it was alright for inexperienced sales ladies to chat away without a care in the world until their pay cheques arrived. I haven't bought anything from there since. I would rather pay more but get better quality service then give my money to people who give you evils for spoiling their chit chats.

Love this shop! i always find a hidden gem within the sales rack! I would like it better if there was a changing room upstairs though as i have to walk past all the non sale items before hitting the changing rooms which is always a bad idea!! Items of clothes are also usually all muddled up and on the wrong shelf, i hate it when non sale items are within the sales rack!!!

Next does a huge variety of womens and childrens clothing at reasonable prices, although it's not as cheap as some high street stores you are buying quality and the clothes tend to last longer.

I like this store it does mens high street fashion at pretty cheap prices. This shop has mens clothes only. They also have accessories and some shoes. It is a fair sized shop with good choice, and the staff were very pleasant.

This is the men's Next store (There is a separate women's store on the same street though). It has a good range of men's clothes, from everyday t-shirts and jeans to going out clothes and suits. There is also a section for accessories such as belts, wallets and ties. A nice store but could do with being bigger!
