The Curry Mile of Manchester. Sanams has got the best authentic Indain sweets. People will travel from miles away just for their barfi which is sensational. Yes it is very sweet but once you are hooked, you will be coming back for more. you can buy freshly made jalabi too (which is like an orange fried wheel in syrup - sounds dreadful, tastes delicious when straight out of the pan. The food is not too bad, but the sweets are what is is all about. Thumbs up.

The food in this curry house is really tasty, they offer all the usuals as well as some extras... the atmosphere is good and the seats are really comfy. Plus they offer 15% student discount which is more than most places... The sweets are tasty, but definately an acquired taste, so not for everyone!

The curry in Sanam's Sweet house is delicious but I must admit that im not a lover of the asian sweets sold in the sweet stall.
I suppose that this is because i dont really have a sweet tooth. The meals are well priced though and I hear the sweets are too!

I have been here on many occasions and have loved the food every time. The restaurant does get very busy in the evenings so it would be advisable to book if you wanted to go with a large party. The staff are very friendly and the food is served quickly and always of a high standard. The menu is varied and reasonably priced. They also offer 15% student discount.

Sanam is a sweet house and an Indian restaurant, located on the curry mile in Manchester. The restaurant itself is very nice, with comfortable seating areas. Food is quite good, but not excellent, the usaul selection of Indian food is provided. The sweet house is adjacent to the restaurant and has a wide selection of treats, most of which are quite cheap and tasty, if you like that sort of thing.
