One of the things I love about John Lewis is their customer care. I know that if I buy something from there and it is not quite right then I can return it with ease. They also have the facility of if you are buying larger items you can pick them up later in the day from their collection depot which means if you have parked elsewhere in the city you dont have to struggle carrying it to your car - they even reward you if have to wait - free coffee and cake which always helps!

I love John Lewis and honestly don't know why anybody would shop elsewhere for electronics (from washing machines to radios) all the way to bedspreads. It has a great range of items to choose from, stocks there own reasonable range in conjunction with other well known brands. You know it's value for money because they'll price match any of their prices if you find the product cheaper elsewhere. Great service too - I love it!

All you woud expect from this chain department store. They sell almost anything all of good quality. The canteen serves all kinds of food great for a quick lunch or cup of tea and scone when shopping. Great car park not too expensive. Does get busy at the weekends though.

Big department store in Norwich. Has cheap car parking which is always useful. Has all the various departments you could wish for. Definitely one of the best shops in Norwich, don't miss out if you're shopping in the city

A shop with everything in it!! The place is huge and really does cater for everyone, i recently bought a product from the electronics department and found the staff to be extremely helpful although it did take a little while to get their attention. It stock all brand names in all departments and is the AppleMac specialist shop in Norwich.

Definitely one-stop-shopping place, especially for families. You can find almost everything you need here, In one word, you can buy anything in your house, except your house. hoho..

The price is midium, and the location is a little bit obscure.

John Lewis is a huge department store just behind St Stephens street. You might also hear it called Bonds even though the name changed many years ago now. The store is well laid out but it can be hard to grab a member of staff's attention if you need help, particularly at busy times. I wanted to enquire about digital tv receivers and I was put into a queue to speak to a member of staff, which I didn't mind, but then it took 15 minutes before I could talk to someone and then they were going to give my slot to the next person as they couldn't remember what I looked like and they hadnt taken names. It was only becuase I overheard them that I realised what had happened. The member of staff was to the point and helpful but didn't really go out of his way to give me any information that I didn't already know.

Everything that you are looking for your home is in John Lewis, you can find all of them in it... Beds, furnitures, televisions, computers, bathroom accessories, kitchen equipments, all kind of home equipments and furnitures. It is a very big and luxury shop. Be careful while you are walking about and looking the goods, because you can buy more than you think before. . . Everything is very lovely and attractive in it.
