I went here with some friends earlier this week and was rather disappointed with the service. It was fairly empty inside with only a few other groups yet it still took a good 5-10 minutes for anyone to serve us. I ordered the buffet and my friend asked for a individual pizza and salad. It took almost 30 minutes for hers to be delivered and then she found out that her salad was never added to the order.
The pizza at the buffet was soggy, there were a few dirty plates too. There was a leak in the ladies toilets and the disabled toilet smelt like sewerage!

Travelling back from the airport and starving we decided to venture off the motorway and get something to eat, Pizza hut seemed ideal, that is until mu Mum ordered a individual pizza and they brought a medium which is not really a bad thing becase they said they would only charge us for an individual, but my husband fancied the new BBQ Steak pizza, which said it had BBQ sauce zing zagged on it. When he received the pizza it just looked like a margarhita with steak on, he called the waitress over and asked if it had the BBQ sauce on because for all he knew it could have been mixed with the tomato sauce, but it did not look like the picture. The waitress was completely aware that there was no BBQ sauce on the pizza and said they had run out and there was none anywhere in the resturant, I think it would have been a good ideal to tell my Hubby that when he placed his order and he would have just got the usual meatfeast! x
