I really like font bar and its great for its drinks with a massive selection of cheap cocktails, shooters, and a beer list from all around the worl. It has a really chilled out atmosphere and you can book it for private parties.

This is a really nice bar! It sells loads of cocktails at really good prices! The interior is lovely! The only downfall is how busy it gets, especially with students heading to 5th avenue afterwards! Worth a visit if you like cocktails!

Quite a pleasant bar situated quite close to the city centre and a good place to stop off for a cocktail or two on the way into the centre if youre heading up Oxford road on a night out.

If you haven't been to Font bar yet then head down there asap!! It's a really cool venue, hidden away down by the side of Oxford Road Railway Station, and the atmosphere inside is awesome. It's abit arty and funky, you feel at home in there and it's a great place to go before you move onto a club. All the cocktails are £2 and are honestly really really tasty, the other drinks are well priced too and the food done during the day is excellent. It's not a girly place either if that's what you boys are worried about, I know guys that have been converted to Font especially as there is a games console and huge tv surrounded by couches and beanbags in one corner! A really great bar!

£2 cocktails...did i hear £2 cocktails??? Yes, that's right, and they aren't awful either! Some of them can be a little stiff, but there are about 20 on the menu to choose from. The range is good too, but rather a lot of them are rum based. The milky drinks are good, but over do them and things will get messy later. I recommend the inoffensive, yet perfectly tasty Harvey Wallbanger. It's a classic for a reason.

If cocktails aren't you're thing, they run several promotions on other drinks, 2-4-1 Tiger b4 10.30pm is a good one for the larger crowd. In the corner is a large TV set up with either an xbox or PS3 (sometimes one, sometimes the other) for people to duke it out over a game of pro-evo. If, you can get on it!

I really like this place- its just genius, pro evo on the big screen, dirt cheap coctails, and nicely spaced out, a good alternate to the standard places around fallowfield if you are a student in manchester. Definately worth the journey

£2 cocktails! what more could you want? When i first went i thought it was some form of con, or that they would only be £2 within a certain time (e.g 8-10pm). But no!!! all day and all night you can get cocktails for £2 and what's more they taste amazing. The decor of the place is a bit dreary and could do with a re-furb as everything i touched left me with sticky fingers! My personal favourite is the Irish Monkey which is a banana and irish cream cocktail which come with chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream.

This is a really nice bar, famous for it's £2 cocktails, which are very, very good. you'll be drunk without realising it because they taste so good. The music isn't too loud, and they have comfy couches benches and tables to sit at. Well worth a visit, especially for the Apple Mojitos.

Font is a great place to take a date. Its looks great inside and offers classy cocktails for £2 so you woant break the bank! It also has a decent selection of beers if you out with the lads. Pro Evo on the big screen is ace too! Good for a bit of friendly/drunken competition. The music in here is pretty funky and chilled. All in all a great place for a drink!

This is probably my favourite bar in manchester. They offer great cocktails for £2 along with a wide range of beers, something a bit more than your average carling and carlsberg. Its really nicely laid out with an upstairs and a basement and best of all it has pro evo!!! Also does very nice and very well priced food.
