The selection of phones are rather limited and the time it take for the order to go through is long. Once the phone comes, it's excellent and in store they are all really helpful and have obvioiusly learnt alot about the phones.

always find this website very usefull to help me decide what phone i would like next, the site is user friendly and also gives some good advice. Delivery is quick and staff are avalible on the phone if needed.
I've always found this site to be very helpful when i'm looking for a phone. Although i've only ever bought pay as you go handsets from carphone warehouse and wouldn't take out a contract with them as i feel you're better off dealing direct with the network i still find this site very helpful. The coming soon and newly released sections give you details of all the brand new and soon to be released shiny handsets which people like me love getting and get bored of within 6 months. They now show 'reevoo' reviews of most handsets which is good as previously they would happily give you specifications on the handsets but would be unwilling to pass on actual customer experiences of what they were like to live with
Much more helpful than the O2 website when I was buying an iPhone (you can only get them from Apple, O2 or the Carphone Warehouse), it helped me out enormously. More generally, information is easy to find regarding both pay-as-you-go and contract phones.
This review is directed specifically at the online mail order purchasing facility, which someone used in order to not only buy a £200 mobile phone using my credit card but also to set up a monthly contract! I still cannot quite believe it but, either through their own administrative shortcomings or their insistence on delivering to the cardholders address, the fraudster did not receive the goods. In this case, the phone was returned and my credit card was re-credited. So, in this instance, there was a happy ending, but they do need to pay more attention to identity fraud prevention.
