Really good student bar, although drinks prices arent the best, its still good to chill out in with your mates. Ive been winter time and summer time to see my mates at uni, and sitting outside in the sun is good times. Highly reccomendable

Without doubt the best bar that the union offers, great outdoor area that is a bit of a suntrap so its often ok to sit out if you want to! Drinks are ok price, but its not the 90p pints you might have expected when filling in your UCAS forms. Great atmosphere at night, especially before events in Stylus and it can get really lively.

Really nice in the summer as theres a large area outside, mostly populated by smokers but it catches the sun for most of the afternoon. New summer drinks introduced including sangria and milkshakes!

This is a really good bar when it is not busy as the sofas are comfy and the drinks are ok priced. There is also an outdoor area which is brillant in the summer

Good atmosphere, but i'm sure the prices have gone up of late - the 'deals' are infrequent. Pool tables and outside seating available. It's an average student bar really - nothing to rave about, but it does the job when you need a drink or want to have a meeting (it's quiet enough in the day for a casual get together or even to do some reading). By night the atmosphere picks up.

The terrace is a great, typical student union bar. Although the drinks aren't what i'd call student prices, they're still pretty reasonable and there is always a great atmosphere, espicially when exams are over.

The terrace becomes many student local bar for first year and continues to be manys for the entireity of their university career. It is a great place to go, whether its meeting after lectures for going out, especially when it is sunny, thi is when the terrace comes out on top.

i love the terrace. ITs a great bar in the leeds student union. The drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is great as its full of students. Furthermore there is an outside smoking area which is lovely on a sunny day and litteraly everyone is outthere.

Another great bar within the university union. With a large terrace smoking area which is great in the summer and therefore where the name came from. As its in the union the bar is very cheap al year round and a great place to start a night out

Quite a sweet bar. Right in the Union, perfect for a coffee in the day or a pint in the evening (or vice versa, if you prefer). Has pool tables and stuff, not to mention the big terrace right outside, which is awesome when the weather is alright.
