The worst wraps i have ever tasted in my life. I have been here twice, thinking that my first wap was just a one of, but when I had my second wrap my opinion hadnt changed. They are dry and not very tasty at all. As many have stated, the prices are also ridiculous, especially seeing as though the food is nothing special, if anything, stay away.
This place offers refillable soft drinks and coffees for just 1.10. Great for those times when you have a lot of work to do. It also sells hot wraps with various fillings and at reasonable prices. Its popular with the students thats for sure. The wraps are not particularly to my taste as the fillings are not very varied and enticing.
I really love the wraps from here but they are expensive so its not a great place to go. If you are feeling flash then go for it and it is in a great location in the union
Wrapid is definately a novelty - i love the chili con carne and the cheesy pepper wraps..not so sure about the sweet ones! I think when you are in the mood wrapid is a good place to go, however it isnt cheap.
I really don't think that the queues are worthwhile! Especially when the refectory is so nearby and that is so wonderful. I suppose it's quite good when you're on the move though. And it's not too expensive!
Im not a fan of wrapid! Ive been there a couple of times, and both times i hated it. Wrap was overcooked and i didnt like the fillings. Furthermore its a bit pricey for the quality of food they offer.
To be honest - I think this place is majorly overrated and i would much prefer a spot of lunch in the Unions amazing refectory. The wraps are expensive for what they are and aftre eating one with noodles in I felt really sick after. The plus is that when you buy a draft drink you can refill to your hearts content (i suggest keeping the cup all day and returning after a lecture for a refeshing drink on your wander home!
Wrapid offer an array of weird and wonderful fillings... you can certainly get hold of the kind of sandwich that you wouldnt make at home! Reasonably priced and really filling, Wrapid is perfect if youre on the go or just having a leisurely lunch with a friend... They also offer refills on soft drinks and coffee as long as you keep your cup!
A new approach to lunch menus. Very nice selection. I can say that I havent tried all of them but most of them seem ok. The only problem is that i normall get mine over cooked. One side of the wrap is normally burnt. fast and effective though. Wraps are about 4 quid each and theres a loyalty card where when you buy 6 you get a free wrap!
Wrapid is a great place whether eating in or taking out, their fillings are weird and wonderful and definatley tasty! Located in the city centre its a good place to stop when shopping or just pick up a bite to eat on your way past, they are well priced and have offers for loyal customers, if you fancy fast food thats tasty and more up market than macdonalds then head to wrapid!
Sells some really tasty, cheap wraps with many different fillings from all over the world. You can even get desert wraps!! If you show your student card when purchasing a wrap you can get a free refillable soft drink. Wraps can either be take out or eat in and service is very fast.
Wrapid does the nicest food! Yes, it is a little pricey, and you have to pay for dips- which I really object to.. (and the sour cream isn't sour cream, its mayo) but all round great tasting food, quick service. So much variety- chicken fajita, chicken noodle (which I recommend!), pizza, all day breakfast... the list goes on. So handy at uni when you want a quick lunch on the go. Free drink and free refills for students. Beats the new pasty shop at the union hands down!
NOO! What have they done with MJ's? For those who don't know, MJ's used to be Wrapid, before it changed this year.It changed for the worse. Whilst MJ's offered tasty food and really good prices, Wrapid offers reasonable food at not-so-great prices (often over £3 for a wrap). You can get pretty much any filling, just so long as you're willing to pay for it.
Located in Leeds University Union, this takeaway offers a variety of foods wrapped up. They have pizza wraps, indian wraps, all day breakfast wraps, mexican wraps, stir fry wraps, and even desert wraps (in crepes rather than tortillas). Students get a free hot or cold drink with their wrap and everyone gets free refills.Desert wraps are £2.25. Garlic bread tanour is £1.29. And all other wraps range from £3.25-£3.95. Sauces and dips are 25p.
