A very large clothing store, that caters for men,woman,children they have a very large shoe department they also have a range for 14 plus woman and maternity wear above all this is the best new look store i have been into.

Oh dear, having read everyone else's reviews I seem to be only person who dislikes this shop. I have found some nice stuff in New look, especially shoes. However I really dislike the very intensely bright and overly shiny shop. I find it all too much and always want to leave fairly soon after going in. I find the shoe section even worse, the luminous green everywhere makes me want to wear sunglasses!! The range of shoes however is pretty impressive and it would be hard not to find a pair to suit. I heard this was a flagship store, not sure if that is true though; it is pretty big with two floors but I dont find it particularly logical to walk around.

A very nice change from the New Look in the Castle Mall!! Although they are about the same size this new one seems to have a more logical layout. It is also far more convenient being up near Chapelfield rather that at the far end of the other mall! I always manage to find something to buy in this shop... the shoe section is amazing and they are all pretty cheap too :) yay!! Student discount is a bonus, but like someone said below, you do feel like they dont really want to give you it and stare at your student card for ages!!

I like this shop very much, the cloth there are fashion are in reasonable price. I bought a scarf today for 8 pounds, and a long shirt for only 7 pounds.
If you are a student, you can get 10 percent off, that is if what you bought is in regular price, not on sale.

I liked this shop. It has two floors, first floor is only for women and second floor is both for women (accessories, shoes) and men. It is big and lovely shop. I think its women part is better than men parts. It is prices are reasonable and I liked its design. You can find lots of good things inside it, you will like it. It has also student discount and nowadays it has lots of special offers such as party wear and jewellery is 1/2 price, etc...

This store is such a change from the Castle Mall New Look. It looks so sparkly and clean and has the biggest shoe section ever. It has all the normal section - party,denim, work, and shoes. Sorry but I am a little obsessed with shoes and it doesnt help when New Look have fashionable shoes at just £15. This store offers student discount but I always feel as if they don't want to give it. The last time I bought some shoes here the member of staff spent a good minute or more examining my NUS card before deciding that I could have the discount. It didn't put me off though as I have now spotted another pair of bright blue heels that I just have to have. This shop isn't too much bigger than Castle Mall but it is well laid out making it look bigger. The clothes are always on hangers and the staff are generally friendly. The changing rooms are huge and they are trying to interact with the customer more and find different sizes and colours.

This is a 4 months shop and it is really amazing, completely different from the other one in Castle Mall. The racks are very tidy and the whole store is very clean. The new design clothes are displayed nicely on the window. The store is arranged in a very nice way depending on their colours and styles. This store has two floors. The first one has just women clothes and the second one has shoes, bags, accessorise, man and baby clothes.I love the shoe department because it is very large and all the shoes are displayed very nicely. There is always someone helping you and having a friendly chat if you fell that you would like to. There are a lot of hot deals and of course a discount for students. Everything inside that store seems perfect and you can't go out without some great bargains. If someone visits Norwich, apart Chapelfield has to visit New Look too.
