Great shop for gifts or just a bit of self indulgence! Good prices and caters for all ages from children chocolate lollies to individual truffles. They do all sorts of chocolate including diabetic chocolate, they do personalised gifts aswell which are fun gifts. I strongly reccommend the ice creams - absolutely amazing! They've recently began a choclate fountain too where you can have choclate covered fruit or marshmallows.

You really cant fail to please me with wonderful Thorntons chocolate. I particulally suggest buying a cappuchino chocolate bar or even a scrummy icecream from the serving hatch!
The staff know alot about their products and are always extremely friendly.

One of my favorite store in the Trafford Centre, i cant walk past without going in!! As well as all the usual fabulous chocolates the Thorntons offers its customers this particular store also offers icecream in the summer! They also have the biggest chocolate fountain i have ever seen and you can now buy fruit or fudge pieces to dip under for around £2, a great little treat!

I myself am not particularly enamoured with chocolate, cue the shocked faces reading this review, but I do love Thorntons. My personal favourite are the bags of brazil nut toffee, they start in price for a very reasonable sized bag at 99p. Eating too much can be very sickly but a small bag at 99p is more than enough, as much as it will test the strength of your teeth. The chocolates are not cheap, but even with me not being a fan of chocolate n general, the quality and taste is definitely worth it. The store is ideal for presents of endulgance for your loved ones, they offer a great range of selection boxes (much MUCH fancier than the xmas tack) ranging from about £10 up to £40-50, depending on how flush you feel or how loved your loved one is.

Oh my god i love the staff here! Although they don't do a student discount, a little bit of flirting and sad puppy dog eyes left me walking away with so many samples you wouldn't believe! And considering they were just samples, they were mighty tasty! A variety of light, dark and milk chocolates, truffles, nuts, honey, vanilla, mint, strawberry and cherry flavours. More chocolate than you could shake a stick at!
