A good coffee shop but it often has a long queue outside it and there isn't always room to sit. However, there's a really nice terraced bit just outside the shop. The staff are fairly efficeint at serving and cleaning tables.

Tucked away in the Brooks shopping centre I would say it isn't the best location for relaxing refreshments - I prefer Cafe Nero. However, it is spacious so you can usually get a seat and the food and drinks are good as usual.

Costa coffee is a good caf situated in the Brooks. There is a lot of seating, so youll always find a table. The drinks are great, especially the frappiccinos, but there is not that much choice in food. Service is generally good, though sometimes slow. The atmosphere is ok, but it can feel a bit dingy as it is in the downstairs part of the Brooks.

This Costa Coffee is in an excellent location, and faily quiet, as it is within the brookes centre. The inside layout is well done, and the seating is good. The slight letdown however is the queue time. Even though not very busy, the sigle file queue due to only one till means at times it can take a long time to get served. The food is good, although slightly overpriced, but this would be the same in any costa coffee. They do have some seating outside (in the centre of the brookes centre) which proved ample choice of seating.

I personally wouldn't recommend this cafe, particularly when there are so many lovely ones to choose out of in Winchester. It is very dark inside and the lack of natural light and air make Costa a bit stuffy. There often isn't a spare chair at busy times such as saturday mornings, and in the summer i've often wanted to buy one of their iced drinks but on several occasions they have had none left. The drinks are over priced.

It always makes me laugh how hard Costa Coffee tries to look so authentically Italian. I mean the coffee is good, but it's not ITALIAN good. The staff try to be efficient but behind the counter always seems very chaotic, and it takes a while to get served. The food is a little overpriced, but the seating is comfy and the atmosphere is friendly.

This is a relativly small shop, this in a way is good as it means it is quiet. It has a good colour sceme and helpful staff. However last time i went there you could see dirt marks around the edge of the glass. The quality of the products is good but expensive.
