I use Tesco online to do my shopping every two weeks. I find that the site is easy to use and i can do my shop within 20 minutes normally. They have each products listed and a picture, the price, weights etc. You book a delivery slot that suits you and they all vary in price depending on what day/time you choose, with weekends and evening usually being more expensive. If they have sold out of a item they will choose the closest item to the one you choose. The fruit and veg is always very fresh and the delivery man is always very polite.

Used Tescos online shopping service once only, i ordered a lot of shopping when it came to me in the next day i noticed two items were missing, i gave them a call back and the next day they gave me the missing items back, a little shocked that they missed out two items so i will say its 50 50 shopping online here.

It is really easy the sign up process,many people wonder why Tesco online is quite good to shop at?There are a lot of voucher codes onlines from websites which can be used for your shopping,this is the main reason people shop on here,I managed to get a six pound code off for a 40 pound spend.

Browsing the drinks here on the website i found quite hard,there was so much drinks to look at yet i could not find Pepsi!The website did crash on me and at one point i had 12 pepsi's ordered instead of one!

There was a delivery charge for my order,i choose a time for my delivery it came after two days.The worker came and put the bags in my house,its a very easy and speedy service to use.I personally do not do shopping online much but its good and handy at times.

Tesco.com has range of products avaiable, however i mainly use grocery section. The site is easy to use, navigate and search options are more simplier and easier in comparsion to other stores like Asda. However, like other stores, it is frustrating that account needs to be created before you can actually search for an item or check for price or offers. They should allow people to check the price without having to log in or open an account. In terms of shopping, the service seems to be reliable, delivery charges are reasonable, and the other good thing about tesco is that if they dont have the same item at the time of delivery, alternative product is delivered at the same price.

I find their range of products online are not as wide as their bigger stores which is a bit odd, you have to spent at least £50 to get any money off or extra bonus points codes to work. On the plus side the delivery drivers 9 times out of 10 are really nice. I always get loads of substitutes which is annoying, I would like to see them have more stuff in stock.

This is the best only grocery shop I've found and I've been using it on a weekly basis for awhile now. The fresh produce are well chosen, as good as if I've picked them myself. Prices are good too, and it's quite nice to be able to leisurely choose the most economical sizes/options etc. from the comfort of your home. For me the biggest plus is that we don't have to waste part of our weekend doing the weekly shop while trying to keep our children entertained.

Tesco.com is great. You can shop online, just like a normal visit to Tesco, but from the comfort of your home. It shows you all the weekly offers and if theres something on your shopping list that has cheaper alternatives, they will show you them to give you the choice to reduce your shopping bill, which is great with this credit crunch.

The tesco site is well laid out and easy to use. I particularly like that I dont have to book several days ahead, I can often shop at midnight and have it delivered at 5pm which is really hand for me as I'm not the most organised person. Its annoying when their special offers such as buy 2 X for £ 3 and they have a selection of items and one of the two you pick is out of stock so you often end up missing out on good deals. Their delivery drivers are fantastic, they bring the shopping right into the kitchen for me and Ive had no problems with items missing or being wrong.

Great service from Tesco online especially when you have a code for free delivery.Used this a good few times now and always been pleased,never had any subsitutes put in like other sites do

I use Tesco`s a lot for groceries , their website is very easy to use and I usually sit down with a cup of tea and make my shopping list . There is a delivery charge but the food is delivered to the door , the delivery man is nice and helpful he goes through the shopping receipt with you and points out any items that have been substituted or not available.

I also get asked if I have any carrier bags that I want to get rid of which is a good way of recycling!
