This little branch of natwest is opposite the university, so its great for students to pop into between lectures. Although sometimes the queues at the cashiers can get long so if its busy you'll be queuing for a long time.

Really friendly and helpful staff, used to dealing with students so are very good at advice about Student Accounts / overdrafts etc. Really busy from around 11am till 2pm so be prepared to queue! Otherwise, a good, small branch of Natwest.

I have been with Natwest for a number of years now and although I have had to complain to them on a number of occasion they have got back to me promptly and reimbursed me fully. There student account offers a good overdraft and a rail card which I think is the best offer out there.

I think Natwest is a good bank but they are more opportunity for British students than EU or international students. Earlier they were giving visa debit card for student other than British but nowadays they are only giving solo cards which you can not use everywhere so i am not using much the account.

Good bank, with friendly quality service. However, queues can get very long, especially at lunch time, and September/october. There is a extra area upstairs, that is running at full capacity in these times. However, i have experienced some inconsistency with service, with some opportunities being denied and then approved for no apparent reason.A busy bank, but relatively well balanced with service provided.

Long queues at lunctimes but staff are always friendly and get through the queue quickly so you dont have to wait long. Helpdesk is useful and there is an upstairs for opening accounts and other things like extending your overdraft.

Good. Because they always serve students and provide professional service. The speed of service is fast and the staff are friendly and kind. The interest of saving account is premium for students. Therefore, I recommend that students can open tow accounts which are step account and saving account to save your money.
