this is a large department store with various levels accessed by either esculator or lift. there is clothing for all the family a baby section where they have cots on display along with bedding and baby toys. they have a good toy section and a arts and crafts they have a few cross stitch kits to choose from as well as lots of wool and material for dress making. they also offer a wedding service which is located on the top level.

This store is huge and has so many things for sale. There is a huge beauty section with brands like Burts Bees and L'Occitane. They also sell homeware, ladies(warehouse, morgan), menswear,. underwear, shoes and bags. They have a nice coffee shop that is very expensive but is always really busy. They have a huge sewing and knitting section too which is great for buttons, materials and ribbons etc.
