Jobcentre Plus provides help and advice on jobs and job hunting. It has many branches, but this one is quite big and is always busy. I had to go there yesterday to arrange an appointment for a national insurance number interview. The people working there were really helpful and kind. They showed me what to do and where to ask for it. A good thing was that I could make local calls or enquiries related to the job from there. After a lovely lady gave me the number I had to ring, I went in one of the phones there and called the number. In few minutes my appointment was booked. Easy... Another good thing about this place is that you can look for jobs independently on the computers there. I was very satisfied with the service there and I am planning to go back again when I need help.
