I am really dissappointed after using this Post Office. I used to use one just down the road to me but it has recently shut. This is now the nearest Post Office to me and its not very good. It is in the middle of a shopping precinct so you have to park a little walk away which is fine if you have letters but not very good if you have a large parcel. The que is always quite long and the staff are not very friendly or helpful. You get the odd one who is pleased to help you but mainly I have ben greeted by someone who cannot raise a smile and doesnt seem interested to help. There never seems to be enough people on to serve to get the que down to a reasonable size yet one of the staff told me they were classed as over staffed! I now tend to drive a bit further to another post office which I can park outside and who are really happy to see and help you.
