Debenhams, GATESHEAD

I've been to this debenhams many of times, its one of the biggest iv been to, spreads over 3 floors witha wide range of electricals, clothes, homeware and gifts and now they even sell cards. Debenhams is in a huge indoor shopping complex one of the biggest in the north east, they are plenty of parking available in the red mall. Debenhams also has lifts in for easy access for those with pushchairs and wheelchairs. GREAT store :)

This branch of Debenhams is good, it is easy to navigate around and the shoe selection is excellent. Staff are helpful and the store is nicely furbished. I always like to go to the Debenhams blue cross sales, where you can save 70%!

This branch of debenhams is really large over 3 storeys. There is a little cafe inside which is nice. The homewear section is really big and they have a lot of nice designer products. They have quite a good range of suits and in the sale you can get some bargains on shirts. There is a carpark connected which is good so you dont have to walk far with your purchases.

This is the nicest branch of Debenhams I've been to. It has a huge range of womenswear, menswear, jewellery, cosmetics, homeware, and kidswear. In addition it has a huge number of concessions (Warehouse, Oasis, Topshop, Topman, Swarovski, Clarins Spa to name but a few). The store is very light and airy, set over three floors and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

A wide range of clothes, accesories, games, perfumes and homewear. It has a lot of different makes such as faith, dorothy perkins, game, pinapple and early learning center. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is a pleasent and relaxing place to shop.

In my opinion this is one of the best designed debenhams stores in the country - mainly due to the fact that it was only built a few years ago and therefore is modern, light and easy to find your way around. There are always staff available to help you at any time of the day - even during busy and peak periods. There is a cafe on the top floor which serves good quality food but make sure you check prices before ordering as things can get quite expensive. The store is directly connected to the red mall of the metro centre too.

Debenhams is quite a new edition to the metro centre and is comprised of many smaller shops including topshop, jane norman and john rocha. It also has a lingerie department, prom dresses, fragrances, home wear, electricals, childrens, gifts and games. Prices can vary depending upon which department you are in but there is something to suit most budgets. The shop is kept quite organised and there are a lot of staff on the shop floor to help. If an item is out of stock they also do their best to locate the item in another store for you. They also offer a wedding service and you can make a wedding present list in the store.
