This branch of Debenhams, really lets the buisness down...It has gradully got worse over the last 2 yrs. The bottom floor has the beauty counters and a very small jewellery section and handbag section.. The childrens clothes have more available for girls than boys and the cafe is extremley expensive and only manages to provide a soggy egg muffin that has been slapped together and a bottle of orange juice for over 2.00...Compared to other Debenhams Cafe's this is poor.

really reasonable men's shirts and ties. the girls section upstairs is very thorough and has some good high street names such as oasis and red herring. one of few places in winchester to sell fashionable clothing for girls. the staff are very nice. the perfume and makeup section in debenhams is amazing. the wedding clothing is relatively cheap, and the sales are great for finding bargains.

god shop. vast selection of perfume which is always good. the cloathes arnt great, unless thats what you like. although it does have shops within it such as warehouse and oasis which is good. its one of the best shops in winchester

This is a well organised shop aand it is easy to get around. It has different floors for different sections. They sell clothing and home furniture and the staff are always helpful. It is a big store and is very popular. It has lots of tills so that there is never a queue.

The Winchester Debenhams is a decent store with mens, womens, childrens, homewear, perfume/makeup, home and gift departments. Theres always something for everyone and so its a good place to buy gifts. Its definitely worth a look in but most of the stock is a bit priceythe sales are good though, with fairly regular 75% off offers.

Some of their clothes are stupidly overpriced, staff are not the nicest in the world and have a tendancy to walk off when serving you. Never in fashion, I'm amazed this shops still standing!

great location near hmv and pizza hut. reasonable prices but not the best branded cloths. good selection of aftershaves and perfumes for a special occasion. opposite marks and spencer

Similar to most good department stores, Debenhams offers a wide selection of household brands such as warehouse, coast, phase 8 and many more. Due to this large range available in Childrens, Womens and Mens sizing is a must visit when in Winchester. The sales are frequent and excellent; additionally there are often 25% and sometimes even 70% off retail price days and weekends. There is a great selection of high quality make-up and perfume brands and products. To top it off the staff are helpful and the store is conveniently located in the centre of town on the high street, it is also open later than most stores (6pm) and until 8pm on Thursday.

Massive superstore, that offers everything from perfumes, makeup to household goods. Large selection of clothes available too. Has a good selection of school clothes aswell if your thinking of coming with you child. Plenty of staff to give you a helping hand, and the prices are typical market ones, you wont find any bargains for branded goods, might be able to get a good offer for debenhams products.

This store is perfect for finding the perfect gift for friends or family, and staff are always more than willing to assist, with clothes fittings or perfume choice.
This store has everything you could need, and is in an excellent location right in the center of Winchester town center.
Prices however are on typically on the top end of the budget, however the quality of items here is outstanding.
Reccomend this store for gifts and shopping for those special occasions, as the formal choices here is vast.

Excellent shop with great choice of clothing and other retail items. Reasonably priced and good staff. Just like a winchester version of john lewis.

Everything you need is under one roof, cosmetics, perfume, underwear, bedsheets, spot of lunch as well as trendy clothes for stylish teens or formal suits and gowns for that special occasion. Everyone who works here is friendly and willing to help. Probably one of the most reliable places to shop in Winchester.

Has absolutely everthing you need under one roof. The girl on the estee lauder counter is my favourite though. she's so helpful and kind. A wicked place.

Debenhams is a must for any city. The quality of products is high and there are clothes to suit every taste, as well as bedding and gifts and many other products. I recently bought a watch in the Winchester branch and the staff were very helpful in adjusting it for me. Sales here are wonderful.

This department store is incredibly useful. The other day I was looking for some girl surfer shorts, and this was the only place I could find them. It has a very impressive range of namebrands. The only drawback is the lack of changing rooms. The one I used for the shorts only had 3 cubicles. But the staff are incredibly helpful, one of them kept the shorts behind the counter for me while I ran to an ATM.

The clothes they offer are generally very nice and there is almost always something to suite. The coast dresses are really pretty and can be worn at many different kinds of events.

The selection of clothes caters for a good range of tastes and budgets. The dresses from Coast are often great for any formal events and as the staff are helpful it is a pleasant experience to shop here.

Winchester most definitely isn't the best place for shopping but debenhams is on the high street and includes lots of fashion shops such as oasis which is very useful considering the lack of good shops. It also has a extensive make-up section and sells lots of posh frocks. it's nice to have a store where all these things are sold in one shop. Staff can be quite unfriendly.

A very large store including a cafe which serves nice food and is reasonably priced. All the usual in store deigners such as coast and pineapple which adds to the variety since Winchester is quite a small town lacking in clothes shops! Good range of mens and womens clothes and fragrances, this store is well staffed and they are all happy to help and friendly.

a traditional debenhams it sells all the usual names you would expect and is pretty good prices considering the rest of the high street but it does take a fair while to find something specific and they often do not have the size you want

Debenhams occupies a large multi-floor shop space, so the range of stock is pretty large. Personally I am not a fan of the designers associated with Debenhams' clothes range, but it seems to appeal to most people of the older generation.

A nice, large store that's always kept tidy and clean. The staff have a wide knowledge of their products and are really helpful and friendly and the prices may vary but generally you can find something within your budget.

Its a really big store which is good because there are loads of gifts and clothes available at really good prices, the shop even though its really big is relatively easy to find your way around in. Worth a visit

Good large space so clothes aren't all on top of each. SImilarly there are plenty of changing rooms. Some young people may have a poor opinion of the clothes available in Debenhams however, it has definitely improved...oasis and warehouse!

The Debenhams in Winchester is well laid out and easy to get around, however sometimes the layout is a little confusing. There are stairs, escalators and lifts making each level accessible. There is a cafe on the top floor serving a range of food suitable for most people, prices are reasonable, and there are toilets. The store itself has a good range of clothes, gifts and homewares from different ranges and by different designers.

It is very easy to get around the store and the clothes are often reasonably priced. There is also quite a lot of sale items and the staff are always happy to help you if you have any problems. However the Winchester store is only small and I have seen bigger branches around.

Always has a friendly and tidy environment, with lots of items on sale. Things are usually decently priced and it's always easy to navigate around. Definitely worth a visit!

Large area full packed with needs for the whole family. Staff have always been very friendly and look very smart, i would recomend this for perfume as the selection is large.

DEbhanhams has improved over the past few years! it used to be quite boring and not have much for the younger age groups! but now it has warehouse and oasis included in it! it also has a wide variety of perfumes and make up to chose from!

They have just had a brilliant new perfumer and make up section added and its alot wider and alot more open. This department store has great homewear section which you could mroe than likely equip your whole house. The menswear and womenswear also has a great selction of high street labels.

It is really good for make-up and perfume, I buy a lot of good quality make-up there and the staff are really helpful. Its also good for shoes and presents, non of it is to overpriced

A very good standard store with surprisingly a lot of choice, however it is small and there is high demand for certain products so if looking for a popular product it is probably better to go to a larger store or use the internet.

Debenhams offer a huge selection of mens, childs and womens clothes at a slightly expensive price. Debenhams also offer a range of shoes and cosmetics that are popular with the ladies.

The Winchester Debenhams has a large range of clothes, a big cosmetics area and a level of household items such as irons and kettles. The thing i notice is the number of staff available for help which i think is good. When i have been, the staff have been friendly and very useful. The only thing i would say is that there are many overpriced items.

Large clothes shop located in winchester which caters for both mens and womens styles and sizes. Great for everyday needed clothing, longlasting quality with a good range of different styles. Good, friendly staff who are always more than happy to help.

A great selection of dresses and lingerie in this smaller than most department store. The staff are knowledgable and helplful and I visit the store most times I am in Winchester city centre due to this fact.

I love this shop! It has eveyrthing you need from perfume to shoes to dresses for that special occasion - i bought my prom dress from here last year, excellent quality and reasonably priced. The staff here are very helpful too. I love that fact that quite a few of my favourite brands, for example Red Herring and Warehouse, can be found under the same roof.

It has a really good perfume and makeup section with lots of people to help you out with what you want. They also throw promotional evenings with free food and a change to buy cheap makeup and when you buy something you get a free goodie bag!
I like the fact that they sell lots of different clothes brands which gives you a really good choice depending on what you are looking for...
There staff are all friendly and the clothes are good quality and spaced out nicely in the shop which is never too busy! They also sell a range of home wear which is all really well priced.

Possibly the biggest and best shop in Winchester. It not only did it accommodate my needs but those all around me, offering everything for everyone. The staff gave excellent service and I enjoyed shopping in there.

This is a medium sized Debenhams, I've seen much bigger with more on offer. It's not bad per se, but there are better branches about and I never really see any staff around to help.

This is a great Debenhams! The range of perfume is the best and it also has other stores such as Coast inside. On the top floor there is a really nice little cafe as well so you can relax after shopping!

This debenhams is large and spacious and it has a lot to offer. They sell anthing from clothes to perfumes and a lot of wares. There is also a cafe which you can sit in and relax whilst doing your shopping! It is also in a great location so it is easy to find. They tend to ahve a lot of sales so look out for those!

This store is good if you want to buy perfum but other wise it's not that great. It contains shops such as Oasis and Wearhouse but i think they are overpriced. The staff are really nice and helpful though.

The debenhams in Winchester isn't as good compared to the store in Southampton. They offer a wide range of labels than winchester and is over all a bigger store. Probably better off going to Next which is right 'next' door.

A really reliable store to find good clothes, and all the other stuff you find in this massive shop. The highlights are the low prices and the fantastic selection of menswear on the bottom floor.

Debenhams is a very large store with at least 3 floors full of clothing for men, women and children. There is also a resturant / cafe on the second floor. They sell make-up and perfumes on the ground floor along with much more, great for everyones shopping needs.

i've lost count of how many floors there are to this shop, but its alot! the womans clothing is popular, with lots of perfumes. the mens is actually surprisingly nice for the price and idea of the shop. it is also ideal fo rbuying presents for people as it has a good home and kitchen section. staff are abit sparse but helpfull when you find them. layout is very methodic so it is a breeze to make your way around.

A wide range of clothes, accesories, games, perfumes and homewear. It has a lot of different makes such as faith, dorothy perkins, game, pinapple and early learning center. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is a pleasent and relaxing place to shop.

I didnt use to like debhanhams that much but it has improved since warehouse and oasis has moved there! i enjoyed buying clothes from here and often visit it when i am in town!

I'm loving the regular sales! A Great place to go if your a teenage girl. On the first floor is where teenage girls are all put together...warehouse, oasis...e.t.c

Helpful staff with regular sales and a wide range of produce. Also, this is teh only place i can get decent bra's in a wide range of sizes! It is also easy to exchange items here =D

They sell a lot of different wares and it's a big shop. The recently refurbished cafe is a pleasure to go to, and the Warehouse and Oasis shops are great for people my age. I can safely say that anyone would find at least one thing to buy. Its central location is good too, and it's a great place to get christmas presents.

Debenhams has a lot to offer. Clothes, homeware, toys, makeup, the seasons essentials and a nice coffee shop on the top floor overlooking the cathedral. A great department store to shop in.

This is a reasonably sized Debenhams on Winchester high street which hold several popular shos. There's something for everyone although everything tends to merge into one because the sections are pretty small.

The mens section is pretty small but has some nice clothes in and is particularly good for suits. The womens and kidswear are a bit rubbish with too many labels squished into a small space. The best bit is the cafe which does great breakfasts.

I find that this shop is not big enough for my own liking, but generally the staff are friendly and helpful and it's not bad value, as Debenhams go.

The womens department isnt very good apart from dresses. Each individual department such as warehouse is too small to stock any wide range. Good for mens clothes always buy my dads presents here.

Large store set over three floors. Has recently been refurbished so looks nice but not partiularly interesting or inviting. Has a large selection of clothes and the staff are generally happy to accomodate, also if you go at a quiter time you may need to ask to use the changing rooms.
