This is certainly the largest carphone warehouse that I have ever been in and it has a great selection of phones. It also often has great deals for starting a new contract, including getting cashback every six months of your contract.
However I have given it a neutral status because the staff are so pushy. I went in just to have a look and was immediately bombarded by questions, after saying that I was just looking another member of staff came up to me and followed me around the store.

Whilst I have found them helpful when I have been wanting to buy, when I am just looking it is very irritating.

The store is lovely, very bright, spacious, inviting and relaxing. The sales team are attentive and polite and seem to be very knowledgeable (I was earwigging!) The main thing I noticed is that this branch of the Carphone Warehouse advertises their iphone franchise, where as the high street branch does not. The Princesshay store has a window display and the work of art that is the iphone deservingly takes center stage at the shop front, well a glass counter off to the left actually, but you get my drift! I cannot fault it!
