I usually purchase my new mobile phone from an Orange representative shop, but this time I decided to change my mind, after visiting Carphone Warehouses website. I took fancy to a couple of phones, but was unsure of which to go for. I didn't purchase through the website, I phoned up this branch and spoke directly with someone about my choices and which was better for me.

The person I spoke to was very helpful & pointed me in the right direction. After all the discussion I decided on the Madarina Duck mobile phone (in cherry red). With regards to delivery and payment, payment was taken immediately over the phone, and the product was sent out that day, I received by mid afternoon the next day. Great service.

I've only had it one day but I think its great, easy to use, the screen is clear & concise. Very good choice.

Had to get a phone sorted out on a new business contract. Friendly staff, helpful in trying to sort out problems that were not theirs. They get you the best deal whenever they can. Much better to deal with people face to face.

General store was full of great equipment, unfortunately the length of time i had to wait to get served was a bit of a concern. Once served my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
