This Post Office is attached to a small Thorougoods newsagents shop. The shop sells everything from magazines to chocolate and has recently added a great range of cards and gift wrap to the store. The Post Office itself is located at the back of the shop. They offer all the normal Post Office services except that they do not offer car tax. For that you have to the Appley Bridge branch located 1- 2 miles away. It is a busy branch and is open 9-5 everyday except saturdays where it is open 9-12.
