The Mini Palais is the most chic new restaurant/cafe in Paris and is a huge success. It is in the Grand Palais museum which is one of the most beautiful buildings in Paris and which holds major art exhibitions and shows. The restaurant is open from 8.30 in the morning until 1 in the morning, so you can have anything from a cup of coffee to a full dinner there, and at lunch time they do lots of salads, sandwiches and lighter food. Not cheap though. The terrace is under the pillars of the building and the huge interior is absolutely stunning. Like the Cafe de Marly and the Cafe de l'Esplanade (see separate reviews) this is the epitome of Parisian style and chic! Food excellent.
